Our A/C unit was not working. Jim at A/C Doctors sent Isaiah H. to service the unit. He came in assessed the condition of the A/C unit. Isaiah explained the problems to my wife and me. He cleaned the coil and the condenser unit and got it functioning fairly well. He told us he would contact the landlord and explain what needed to be done to completely repair the unit. Isaiah was very professional, courteous and he cleaned up after he was finished. I would recommend A/C Doctors and Isaiah if you need quick reliable service.

AC Doctor is the best!! My technician today on my Protection plan of maintenance on my carrier air conditioner Isiah is my favorite!! He is always on time and very aware of everything and is just the best. My Carrier air-conditioning purrs like a kitten.
Everyone at this business is superior and respectful at all times and will do their best to meet my timeline if need be.

We moved into our newly purchased home yesterday and woke up this morning to a non-functional A/C unit! We immediately contacted A/C Doctor. We were assured that someone would be come to check out our A/C unit, so that we would not be without a/c for the entire weekend. Tech Isiah showed up and assured us he would do whatever he could to get the unit running. He did just that and we were so grateful. Isiah was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Isiah highly!

Isiah was great! I had a coolant leak in my coils. He arrived on time, worked super hard and finished up just in time so I could get back to work. Working in an attic in this heat, to me, is one of the toughest jobs. I also need to give a kudos to Mike. He found the problem when another company wouldn’t take the time. They were on time , very curtious and informative showed me the gunk they removed from the drain pipe , suggested i change my arir filter every month dye to having a cat with long hair

I called in for help because our outside unit was not coming on. They sent Isaiah out to help us. Upon arrival he assessed that the inside breaker had tripped. I felt horrible that I hadn't realized this but he was comforting and reassured me that I was not the only one that has missed this. He looked over everything and we had him service the entire system while he was here. He was very respectful, informative and we will definitely be using this company again because of him. They do my twice yearly air conditioning inspections and have super office gals and great group of professional workmen. Found an issue on recent inspection. Priced quoted was the final price . They ,Joel and Brett worked around with my schedule and stayed until the problem was fixed. I am late with this review, but really want to emphasize what a GREAT company!

Isiah knew the reason our A/C unit was flooding the garage immediately. It was clear his many years of experience was helpful to diagnosing and fixing the problem. He explained the issue, told me what he was going to do, and completed the work quickly. My garage hasn't flooded since he made this simple repair.

They installed and serviced our Carrier AC for 4 years. Tech’s have always been timely, courteous and very professional. Tech Steven Hart spent extra time today helping me deal with a registration issue for a Honeywell WiFi thermostat. Very cooperative and attentive to needs. System has been working very well with 2 scheduled yearly check-ups.
