Isiah and Johnny were on time, very courteous, and respectful of my home. An issue with the original ductwork caused them to stay a little late but they worked hard and got new system completed. It's great to have a new system and enjoy central air and heat after 5 years without it. Thanks to Isiah, Johnny, and Glen for an excellent experience. Will certainly recommend A/C Doctor.

I just had a older heat pump and air handler replaced. I have nothing but kudos for the crew, especially Isiah Hinson who exhibited patience, expertise and professionalism throughout what was scheduled for 1 day but turned out to be a 4 day process. Even though he was not on call, he returned one evening as the system experienced problems. He was persistent in getting to the root of the wiring problem with the thermostat that turned out to be the cause of all the glitches. In the end, my new system is up and running perfectly. I can recommend A/C Doctor completely. In my 15 years dealing with them, they always make everything right.

AC Doctor did a good job with installation in Sept. of 2018. My last two service appointments scheduled have been very underwhelming. About 6 to 8 months ago I scheduled a regular checkup, day came for 8AM appointment, no show. I called at 8:30 - was told someone should be coming. At 9 AM, I called again and was told someone was sick and they couldn't come that day. Understandable, but surprised I had to call to receive that update - no one called me.

Today - had another checkup/service scheduled for 8 AM. 8:15 AM I called and was told they would be there "any minute". 8:45 AM I called and cancelled. You can drive from Ormond Beach to Port Orange in half an hour. Again - no one called me, all me having to check in and find out what was going on. I guess I'd say their good if you can get them there but my last two experiences has led me to look elsewhere for service. If you can't be there at 8 AM, how about not scheduling an 8 AM appointment? I've taken off work twice for this - not impressed.

Just replaced our older unit and am thrilled with AC Doctor's service. Very honest and reliable company. The technicians work ethic was above and beyond. If you are in the market for a new unit, I highly recommend speaking to Josh. He got us a great deal with financing!

They were great. Did a wonderful job and were very tidy. Highly recommend.since original review we have had them come back and do a duct clean and sanitize. Pablo and Josh did a great job. We will keep coming back.

This guy Isiah is a great asset to your company. He fixed my AC within minutes. He made it look easy and was professional all the way. Put on shoe covers, explained everything and gave me several replacement options on another AC unit that is currently down. EXPERT SERVICE MAN!
