Our technician Jesse came right on time. Clearly explained everything to us in what he was doing. Gave us tips on things to do to keep the AC unit running. Super nice guy! Would highly recommend this company. Wore The disposable shoe covers when walking on the carpet. Tested the coldness of the AC and showed me everything.

Called late in the day due to AC not blowing cool air. A/c Doctor was able to accommodate me same day when others couldn’t. Josh, the service tech was prompt, professional, and informative of the service he provided. Was able to put a temporary fix on the AC so I had cool air for my two young children until the proper part arrives. Extremely thankful for this company and they have gained a new customer. I will HIGHLY recommend.

I called ac doctor a week ago to talk to a supervisor about the poor job that they did. I was told by the receptionist some one would call me back. It's been over a week know still no call. That's not good customer satisfaction. Beware of this company.

I called the company out to service the unit they installed. The gentleman that came to service my unit was awesome. So I signed up for a maintenance plan with him and requested some additional work in the future and set that up with him. Two weeks later my thermostat goes out so I run up to the store buy another one install the same way it won’t work. I call the company I have a maintenance plan with and the will come but want to charge me because I changed the thermostat. I told them I would put the old one back on that stopped working and then they can come then. They then called me back and said they had to charge me a trip fee to look at it. I told them nothing happened until they worked on the unit but that didn’t matter. I then canceled the upcoming $1800 with of work I had scheduled with them and asked them to refund my service plan. The office worker said ok and hung up on me. Yes I was being rude with my tone but I was not rude to her. I was upset that I paid them $600 to service and do upgrades they said I needed them two weeks later my system doesn’t work and they won’t come see what is wrong with charging more. Two weeks later no refund on the service plan. I call back not 1, not 2, but 3 times before they return my call and then they tell me they charge a fee to cancel the maintenance contract. I called another company Dave with polar bear AC he fixed me in less than 30min and didn’t even charge me. He just asked that next time I call him. I will and will tell everyone I know to NOT do BUSINESS with AC DOCTOR. All they care about is profits and not about your time. I even had someone reach out to the owner on my behalf. You think he called me to make things right…..you got it never heard a peep. Just lousy don’t forget what you are in my friend the customer service business.
