A/C Doctor Complete Inc.

Being a first-time homeowner and having your A/C go out is no easy feat. But never fear, I called A/C Doctor and they came the same day and the HVAC tech Isiah answered all my questions spent several hours going through a thorough sweep of our A/C system and identified the problem whilst being very respectful. I was told they would have to order the part, and was told I would be without A/C until Friday, 88 degrees in my house with a dog and two cats, we were saddened. But they called back quick, going out of their way to make sure they got that part for us, and installed it quickly and effectively and tonight I’m sitting in a nice cool house thanks to them. Will use them for all my A/C needs for now on! Highly recommend this company.

Glen Harvey is amazingly professional, knowledgeable and young-at-heart (he has 3 little kids and a beautiful wife). Thor..... Is His nickname. Very nice gentleman, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to cover everything, explain everything in a timely manner where we could understand. Absolutely the best and most honest company. I'm including 2 recent service calls/repairs here. The service is excellent, professional and courteous. I called after hours about 7:15 and left a message with the gentleman that answered because my AC unit - water to air, had stopped blowing cold air. Isiah had installed the unit in 2016 so I knew it couldn't be 'it'. To my surprise, the owner called me later on that evening about 8-ish to let me know they would send someone 1st thing in the morning. As promised Matt arrived and resolved the situation - quick fix, resetting the pump. A couple of weeks later I noticed a drip from the ceiling in my kitchen right next to the vent. I knew there had been a problem with condensation building up in the old metal duct work (1977) so again I called AC Doctor. Isiah came out, climbed up in the attic and followed the condensation down the main trunk line. He explained why/how this is happening. It had happened back in 2009 with an older unit but I was not told the truth by another company and wasted a few hundred dollars to basically post-pone the inevitable. A few days later Isiah and John (I apologize if the name is wrong) arrived and removed a large part of the old duct work, installed 2 new vents in the laundry room area, and replaced the old metal duct work with flexible pre-insulated duct work. The air conditioning feels AMAZING and no more water drips!! Thanks again AC doctor!

Steve was our technician and was friendly and professional. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday and he came out within an hour or two. We were very grateful for the fast service and to have our AC back on so quickly...especially in 90 degree weather! Thanks again!!!

On a reference from a neighbor, I called A/C Doctor on a hot Florida September Sunday night, fairly desperate with an 83-degree house and getting hotter, and an elderly, special needs dog who was panting. The tech, Steve Hart, said when he arrived that he had thought he was done for the day but got the cell from the scheduler and took the assignment. After first having tried a different company and being told I’d hear back right away but being blown off, I was very relieved and thankful to have someone respond. I received a text that Steve was on the way, he was here within half an hour, and quickly found the problem as a dead capacitor. He had the part on his truck and we were up and running, sweat drying and dog done panting, within half an hour. By signing up for the reasonably priced yearly service agreement, I was able to cut what would have been a higher weekend charge, in half. Overall great job, and will use again.

I purchased my air conditioner from AC Doctor about 4 1/2 years ago. I have always been very satisfied with their attention and service. Today Josh did the semiannual service and he was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and helpful - explaining everything he did. Would highly recommend AC Doctor.

We were very impressed by the professionalism of this company. Glen went far beyond in helping us decide on the best heat pump. He took time in answering our many questions. After a thorough research of reviews of heat pumps, and A/C companies we decided on the mitsubishi inverter heat pump, along with duct cleaning, and PCO installation and dryer cleaning. His team, to include Isiah, Joel and Ralph worked efficiently for 10 hours essentially effectively excellent time management skills with such a large project. During the installation, the team worked closely with their management on last minute request. Isiah who was the lead technician seemed to be a problem solver and methodical thinker. He was able to create a frame built into the floor rather than coming up off of the cement floor which was one of my concerns prior to starting this project. The entire team worked synergistically and tirelessly. Our home was built 15 years and is fairly new, Joel found that the ceiling ducts were never sealed. This with the ducts being cleaned previously twice. We have had duct cleanings from other companies on two separate occasions with neither as thorough. We were so confident in their work that we had them seal the ducts and a house sanitization. I highly recommend the A/C Doctor.

Matt came out when my unit had problems and took care of it so it runs beautifully again. He was personable and professional. Truly appreciate his service. The company has been very good to me and I'm happy with the products and service.

My wife and I were looking to clean out our ducts with the arrival of our new baby. Josh from AC Doctor came over and spent the time explaining to us what they could do, the costs and all our options. In the end we actually ended up upgrading our whole AC unit. The best part about it was we felt no pressure or like we were being pitched a sale to do the upgrade. Josh took us through each part of the process and how buying a newer unit will save us money in the long run. It's not every day that you get a company that will take the time to explain everything in simple terms to ensure you understand. We even called other companies to get comparative quotes. Not only was AC Doctor a better deal but the other companies did what I feared: used big words and terms that I had no idea what they meant or how they related to our house. Josh and AC Doctor offered full disclosure of information with no gimmicks. The new system was setup, installed and all the ducts clean like new. Thank you so much!
