Always receive great service from A/C Doctors. Worth every penny of our annual contract. Today was a Saturday call and Nicky was great. Prompt, professional, explains everything, and made certain all was perfect before he left.
6 years ago our old system died and we needed a new one. After making several phone calls 5 companies showed up to give their estimates, this was in July and all were backed up or booked for weeks. This was a problem due to health issues, I can't overheat because I have Graves Disease. I explained this to all 5 companies and these folks were the only ones who actually cared. Willing to pay extra to have a system immediately installed the owner said that wouldn't be necessary. The next morning 4 men showed up at 7:30am and by lunchtime our home was ice cold. After installation we signed up for the twice a year maintenance and our system runs like a champ. For the past 6 years we see the same faces and that should speak for itself. This is truly a family run business and once you do business with them your family. When it comes to service they shine brighter than the rest and when it comes to integrity they are the best! Amazing experience. The A/C tech Jesse showed up fast and quickly diagnosed the problem. He took the time to explain the repair process as he went. Jesse was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly and my experience with him definitely made me a repeat customer. I would definitely recommend the company.
Since this review- the service manager reached out and apologized and gave me a credit for future services in the amount that I paid to the other company. He said he would speak with the tech about his attitude. I appreciate him taking the time to call and try to fix the issue.
I have had a service plan with AC doctor for the last year. I had my last preventative maintenance done in February and was told that everything was clean and good to go. This was the 4th time in 10 months the AC Dr has been out to my house for preventative maintenance or to replace a part. My inside unit started leaking last week so I called AC Doctor. The contracted maintenance was obviously not done correctly because i was told that my AC coil was corroded and needed replaced. The tech said how dirty the coil was and told me I needed a new one and wanted to charge me over $1500. I told him we had a service plan and that coil cleaning was supposed to be included and he said that didn’t matter in this case. I told him I was going to get a second opinion and he kept arguing with me and said that we weren’t changing the filter often enough and that’s what caused the issue. This is a lie because I change my filters monthly at least because I am in kidney failure and doing dialysis in my home so I have to have clean air. So in the end my service plan that I paid for upfront was a waste of money and actually ended up costing me more in the long run. I will never recommend AC Doctor.
The young man was very professional and knowledgeable. He put a call in to help diagnose the problem and he was able to properly fix it. Having a service plan with A/C Doctor is great.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. I have their annual service plan, which is reasonably priced. Jesse is the tech who comes out. He his friendly and professional.
I have used A/C Doctor for 4 years. The maintenance contract provides for twice a year inspection and is worth the money. The serviceman Jesse Lindsay is very polite and knowledgeable.

Jesse came today to do our semi annual maintenance and did a great job. He was informative on what was being done and explained what we can do to keep our system healthy. He also spotted that our surge protector wasn’t working and offered to give us a quote so we would know where we stand ..either now or in the future. He also pointed out we qualified for a discount for having a maintenance agreement. We went ahead and had him add the new equipment while he was here to save time and protect the outside unit. Great service from an employee who cares about the customers.
