Dedicated Cooling - installed 4 Units in my house - and my experience was awesome. The units work perfectly and was a good value. They were timely and professional - I could not be happier. I highly recommend them -thank you Dedicated Cooling.

As always, the customer service and response time was excellent! My AC went out and when I called, Melanie already knew it was me and called me back within 5 minutes to tell me that someone would be out in 30 minutes. Luis (the owner) came out and took care of everything right away. My house was cool again within an hour. Thanks so much for always making it easy!!!

I have had a great experience with Dedicated Cooling. They bent over backwards to get me the proper parts for my AC and make sure it was covered under warranty. I really appreciate their professionalism.

Came right on time and repaired the issue very quickly. Left the workspace cleaner than how it was. Absolutely pleasure having them repair our AC unit.

Did a great job at keeping me in the loop from the time the tech was going to arrive to the completion of the job. Fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up once the work was done as well. Would recommend without question.

It’s not the first time we use this company but this time they came through while we were in crisis. My wife and 2 (young) kids were home and the A/C stopped cooling. The team at Dedicated Cooling came by, same day (which is unheard of) and fixed the A/C in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Luis and the crew at Dedicated Cooling made the process very smooth! Had to purchase, adapt, and install a package unit and HVAC in my place of business. Not only were they efficient with the process but they got it done in a timely manner and for a reasonable rate. Would recommend for any project big or small. I mean, this people do it all! Luis Perez is awesome, always responsive, attentive and professional. Asked for a quote, heard back in a matter of minutes. Came to my house the next day to assess my AC needs, installed a new unit and roof equipment 2 days after. Visited 2 times post-installation to check unit free of cost. Did I mention they also have automated text messaging updates and great pricing! No? Well they do. Would have given 10 starts if possible. Thank you Luis P and Luis G. You guys are amazing!
