I had to replace two units and of the four quotes that I obtain South Florida Ducts was the most thoughtful really recommending what was best for our home and giving us budget conscious options. They were able to install the next day. We experience an issue related to the pre-existing drain pipes and they returned later that same Friday night to stabilize the issue. They followed up again that Monday to ensure that the issue was completely resolved. JEREMY, the owner takes great pride in his business and absorbed additional cost. Each of his team members that he sent out were, extremely professional, personable, and kind. They were also the most competitive regarding price without sacrificing quality.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Getting your AC replaced, especially when it’s already dead, is scary and it feels like everyone is a shark out to get you.

From the first moment I could tell these guys were different. They came in (with no sales dude in tow!) checked it out, and gave me a no BS quote. Not only was it lower than other companies, it included everything and they installed same day.

We interviewed 5 companies back in December and decided to go with South Florida Ducts, Wayne set the bar high for the other companies we interviewed. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done where a 2 year old could understand. Fast forward to today, Wayne and Chunnie came out with their team of guys to install our new ac and duct replacements. To say they were good would be an understatement, they were OUTSTANDING, they were very professional and they did excellent work. They protected everything in the house with plastic, at the end of the day when I got home from work there wasn't even a speck of dust for me to clean up. I called about 5 different companies, all of them told me that I had to change the entire unit or replace a ver y expensive part. They went to my property, check the ac and actually provide with a good diagnostic, send me the quote por the repairs and fix the problem. All for a great price!

They did great work. They cleaned our very dirty ducts out, replaced our aging indoor/outdoor units, cleaned and sanitized everything and the difference is better than I'd hoped for. A big team showed up and finished all that in 5 hours. A fair price too. I used a cheaper company last year and their work was terrible by comparison. Highly revommended.

I found South Florida Ducts via the NADCA directory and reached out for a quote for duct and dryer vent cleaning. The quote was free and an accurate based on where the dryer duct vented to. Wayne came promptly, and made sure to put down drop cloths to prevent mess and cleaned up afterwards. They did offer additional services once they arrived and inspected the AC, but they were not pushy about them. I did end up buying an new dryer vent hookup in additional to the agreed upon service. I was satisfied with their service and would recommend them if you need your ducts cleaned.

South Florida ducts service men were early for their appointment. There were two service men to perform the air duct cleaning. The service men were very diligent with performing the duct cleaning. I am satisfied with duct cleaning.

I want to start off by saying "WOW"! wow to their punctuality, wow to the quality of work, wow to their work ethic, wow to how unbeatable they are with their prices. This company just walked out of my house less than 20 minutes ago from finishing replacement of my entire duct system and changing my AC and insulating my house. It took them a day and a quarter to finish everything impeccably. Probably one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. the group of guys from the moment they get to your house start working non-stop each taking care of a particular job in an extremely organized manner, what impressed me the most was how structured they are and how they clean as they work so diligently, so your house doesn't ever look like a war zone.... very clean and organized. Their level of knowledge is unmatched, their prices are unmatched, you will not regret ever ever ever hiring this company. Joe, Roberto, master of AC Floyd, he is brilliant by the way, prob one of the best AC guys I have ever worked with, and I have worked with a lot. Luis, and his entire crew, masterminds at what they do! I always encourage people to get a few quotes before deciding on a company, but do yourself a favor, if you happen to call south Florida ducts first, don't bother calling anyone else, I guarantee you won't regret it!! Thank you all for my brand-new duct system and AC! You guys deserve a trophy, the owner of this company has gold in his hands with these guys!

I used South Florida ducts to change our existing metal ducts after a water leak. Amit came the next day for an estimate and he took time to explain me what they will do. Claris and her team came few days later to change our metal ducts for flex ducts. Robert and David also came for the restoration of the A/C unit. Both teams did an amazing professional job. They cover the floor and furniture and clean everything when they left. They were very efficient, detail oriented and professional. The price was very competitive and affordable. Jeremy (the owner) take care of his clients. Their customer service is great and they take proud in their work and make their clients happy.
