I just want to say we are so pleased with our service we got today from your technician, Constantine. We only called this morning for service and he showed up promptly at 10am. He is very courteous and knowledgable, and resolved our issues in a very professional manner. We are happy that we got our new a/c and duct work from your company and we do recommend you whenever we can. Thank you once again, and thanks for sending Constantine to our house. What a super nice guy!

First, all of their Technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough and respectful. Real impressive with the care they took to perform a full Air Duct and AC maintenance, very organized, kept us informed every step of the process. Even more impressed when now 1.5 yr after the maintenance they came out promptly to check our insulation and the attic to be in excellent condition! Very honest and caring business. Would highly recommend.

I called this company to do a check on my AC unit. We just moved into the house and it seemed a little sluggish. I wasn't sure if it just because it's summer or maybe something was wrong with the unit. The guy came out and was not very nice. He was very dismissive with anything I asked or was telling him. He told me he thought it was partially frozen but he couldn't do anything about it and I needed a new unit. What he was telling me didn't make sense. I called another company, they came out the next day, assessed my unit. Explained everything to me. He told me, yes the unit is old, but I did NOT need a new unit at this time. He gave me a few minor things to upgrade and fix. Maybe, the guy was having a bad day, but I would definitely do your research and get another opinion before doing any work with this company as there was zero problem solving going on.

We had a wonderful experience with Luis and his team at South Florida Air Ducts! After a $500 electricity bill and energy analysis, we were told by our electric company that our AC was outdated and inefficient. I called Luis and he immediately scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He came over and evaluated our system, explained in detail the issue and came up with a solution. We decided to replace our AC system and duct work. The quote was fair and detailed. His team arrived on time, completed the work in a high-quality manner and were extremely professional. The AC works great and we really feel a difference. I recommend them most highly and without reservation.

Interviewed 5 companies to repair ducts and source where the mold was coming from. Very impressed by their salesperson - had the best price and was the most professional, but that doesn't always mean the actual service will be as good - sometimes the sales presentation is excellent, but the service itself is not. In this case, WOW, the actual service was OUTSTANDING - from the minute they arrived, they were excellent. Protected EVERYTHING in the house with plastic tarps - so at the end of the day, there wasn't even a speck of dust ANYWHERE from them - they tore all the old AC ducts down, installed new ones, had to cut holes in some sheet rock but repaired that right away too - insulated the entire attic so it looks like the north pole - the team was VERY professional - no goofing off, they didn't even take lunch, worked through the entire day straight through - the most professional team I've come across in ages. They knew exactly what they were doing - and included in this was a full AC service - where they found mold inside the AC unit - they stripped it, cleaned it, did the most amazing job, so thorough - using SFD is one of the best decisions I've made in ages. When they left the house, after taking down the tarps, the house was cleaner than when they started somehow - it's spotless. I'd expected dust everywhere - but they were VERY careful about residue and dust. Just fantastic. Clarissa, the team leader - was tremendous - very professional, knowledgeable, they all worked with a sense of urgency and treated our house like it was their house - with respect and kept everything as protected and clean as possible. GREAT JOB SOUTH FLORIDA DUCTS! Can't recommend highly enough! 5 stars!
