We called Dedicated Cooling as we were having an issue with our AC unit not cooling our house. The office staff was helpful and scheduled us right away. Their technician was friendly, professional, and on top of everything. He called us 30 minutes before heading out as we requested. Few years back I replaced my old AC unit with Dedicated Cooling. Their prices were reasonable, service was quick and reliable. Recently had an issue with my unit, they came out the same day, informed me I was still under warranty then resolved the issue immediately . Always very professional and prompt!
