I called Luis to fix my AC in Hollywood. He added freon, which did not correct the problem. He charged me $350. Before he completed the job, he asked me to Zelle him the money because he was “almost done.” I complied immediately and requested a receipt. He texted that he would send photos and a receipt but never did. My volunteer who was at the rescue when Luis arrived said Luis added freon only. I called Luis to discuss this because I knew that adding freon would be only a temporary fix because freon was added only five days earlier and already leaked out. He assured me that he fixed the AC and that my volunteer was incorrect. About a week later, and after numerous requests, I finally received a receipt indicating that freon was added, so the volunteer was correct. No wonder he did not want to send me a receipt. I have been calling and texting that the AC is still not working. Luis came out again and took a photo of the thermostat showing 74 degrees. I explained that the AC never turns off and fluctuates in temperature throughout the day. I took photos showing this and another photo showing a 7E error message on the thermostat on the same day he visited. No response from Luis. I then called and he said the AC was working fine when he arrived but now the compressor is bad from overheating. He concluded this from my 7E photo. He suggested that this is a new problem even though it occurred within hours after he left. I have been calling and texting all week indicating that his repair–adding freon--did not correct the AC problem. I called another AC guy, and he found that the evaporator coil was leaking. Luis claims that he would fix this under the warranty. However, the warranty requires that he bring the defective coil in to be replaced. How was he working on my warranty without ever diagnosing the leaking coil and without bringing it in for a replacement? Luis has not responded to my calls, texts, or emails. I asked him to refund at least some of my money because he failed to diagnose the problem and correct it and now, I must pay someone else. I spent $350 for freon that leaked out in less than a week.
I contacted Arctic Air because my air conditioner was not cooling properly, and I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mr. Luis Bueso arrived promptly as promised and was extremely friendly and professional. He asked me a few questions and then proceeded to diagnose my system. Mr. Bueso informed me that my system was completely out of refrigerant (freon) and provided me with the cost of the replacement, which I agreed to. He promptly replaced the refrigerant.
Mr. Bueso was honest and transparent throughout the process. He even showed me the gauges, indicating that the system was fully charged. He stayed to ensure that there were no other issues with my system and that my apartment was cooling properly, which it did. Mr. Bueso was patient and made sure I was satisfied before leaving my apartment.

Luis is the owner his employee are so busy due to holidays so he took it up to himself and come to safe the day! I burned a fuse trying to switch my thermostat to a nest and call many companies and they all was charging $200 and more just to come see the issue. I called Luis and he came within an hour and was very honest and professional about the issue! Someone else would’ve said I need it many things but he was honest and changed the fuse and my thermostat way cheaper than the 5 other companies I reached out. I will definitely going to use him going forward and I highly recommend him and his company trust me you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Luis! And giving you many blessings to you and your company.

Artic Air came to my rescue to replace my A/C during the Summer when the weather was unbearable after I had already contracted with another company who was dishonest about the availability of the replacement until which would have take days before installation. Obviously in the Summer it’s not possible to wait days. Luis called me right away and installation was done the next morning by his technician. They were very fast and clean and the price was fair. I have also used Artic Air to replace a thermostat, and again the response time and service were amazing. I will definitely use them for any future needs.
