Great Service. Always friendly technicians! John was a big help in making sure everything is running smoothly with our system giving me tips on how to keep it that way in the future. I highly recommend Climate Design. Helpful folks on when on the phone as well.

Curt was absolutely amazing!! Very real with me regarding my old AC handler and insulation. I wouldn’t want it any other way. Personable, knowledgeable and I will ask to have him back the next time I need him. I will definitely be calling climate design next time I need a service!

The technicians are very thorough, they come on time and they’re pleasant and informative. It’s probably worth it to get the contract that includes checks twice a year.

2021: Still a great company and Kane is great.
2023: Curt & Sean have provided great service recently, as well. A/C to be replaced soon.
May, 2023: Excellent job by Brandon & Marcus installing a new A/C unit and air handler with thermostat. (An electrician was involved, as well, but I missed his name). Also, a crane was needed, all excellently arranged by Sue in sales (per our order with Jake). Brandon & Marcus gave us all kinds of information and worked so hard in really hot weather to bring us a cooler and humidity controlled home.

Ian was prompt, professional and he worked clean. He installed a shut off system for me and explained the work that he did. He also made recommendations regarding other things to consider for my system. I was very satisfied.

5/1/23 Update:
I just used Climate Design to install a new Trane HVAC system. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They worked clean, did a great job on the install and worked with me on any questions or concerns that I had. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable.

I had my AC and water heater replaced by Climate Design. Their team (Jim, Brandon, and Gordon) we're professional, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. Great job.

Ian came out to repair our faulty heater. Very quick fix. But, he was very informative. Very nice young man. Seemed to be knowledgeable with our system. We will definitely consider this company for service in the future.

Climate Design does great work. We’ve used them for years for routine maintenance and when our aging AC system finally died, they were super responsive in getting us a new system as quickly as possible. They show up on time, their service personnel are polite, courteous and professional. Their work quality is excellent. We’re totally satisfied with everything they do for us.

I really appreciate the work at Climate Design. They've now done work on both my AC and electric. Noah was wonderful today, we've had 4 rooms in our house that haven't been working since the hurricane and he quickly figured out that it was a problem with our breaker. Much appreciated!

Climate Design was professional from the start. They were fast to get me an estimate and came out same day. Adonay was very informative for any questions I had and they were able to get me on the schedule to AC replacement right away. Very happy with the new system. Highly recommend.

Our two new Trane HVAC units were installed earlier this week - promptly on time and expertly - and now we are cool and happy! We were totally impressed by every one of the Climate Design team - beginning with initial sales through installation and cleanup. Each of the five team members we met was professional, highly skilled, respectful and extremely pleasant to have in our home for a full day of work. Phone contact with office staff was equally efficient and pleasant. There is no wonder why Climate Design has so many excellent reviews on Google - the company works hard to really serve its customers, and it deserves recognition for delivering this outstanding service. We highly recommend Climate Design and we most definitely will continue to use it for periodic maintenance of our HVAC systems as well as contacting for electrical system repairs and installation of new lighting.
