Climate Design

In a day and age where everyone seems "out to get you"...I found Climate Design to be a breath of fresh air. From the sales contact (Jake) to the installers (Matt and Chad), all the way down to the office calls (Sue) we had a very positive experience with this company. My wife and I were both extremely pleased with the professionalism, sensitivity and kindness when we dealt (deal) with Climate Design. I found them to be comparable cost wise. You get what you pay for, 100% and it is confirmed with this experience. Jake was pleasant and took extra time he didn't have to, to answer all of our questions at the beginning. We never felt rushed. Matt was here on the day of installation and made sure I knew every step of the way what was happening. He was extremely professional and kind. Chad was very focused during installation but made me feel confidence in my new system with his conversation at the end. Sue has answered both my wife's questions as well as my repeated questions with ease and kindness, something that to this household is pure gold. I would chose them again in a heartbeat. In an area where you need AC to survive really, you should consider this company a very safe, professional choice. Thank you for your continued service(we also purchased a service agreement.) We could not be happier.

On a sidenote, we have dealt with many AC companies while residing in Florida...so we have some experience. We discovered Climate Design through my mother in law, who is also a very happy customer.

The service technician, Sean, was very professional and personable. He made sure that I understood everything he was doing and gave me good status updates on the equipment with good recommendations. If you need service, ask for Sean!

Climate Design was personally recommended by our neighbors and so we included them in the companies we considered to replace our HVAC system. From the very first conversation with Jake to the very last quality control check and electrical change they were professional and thorough in the way they approached the installation. Without asking, they covered the floor even in the garage to be sure no harm was done to any of the existing surfaces in our home. In addition, the outside unit was raised higher and vibration blocks placed under it. We could not be happier with the system they recommended or the customer support they provided . Also, let’s not forget how great the office contacts were when we had to call in for anything. They were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We needed a new heat pump and the sales person, Jake, did a great job of identifying what we needed and the various options. He fully explained how the install process would work and it took place within a few days. The installers, John and Paul, we’re professional and did a great job. The electrician, Josh, also was professional and did a great job. All of the employees, including schedulers, were courteous and helpful. We love our new Trane system.

We would highly recommend Climate Design and will continue to use them in the future all services. They went above and beyond; hardworking, thorough and conscientious.

Thanks to Martin, had a great first experience working with the Climate Design team. Martin completed a multi point inspection and identified a failing fan motor. A replacement part was aboard their van and installed in short time. Thanks for your help. Look forward to utilizing the annual maintenance agreement offered.

Long term customer of Climate Design. We trust them with our HVAC and Plumbing needs. Today called about an issue with my water heater tank. Gordon was prompt and professional. Hernan joined him for the installation and was also very professional and courteous. Glad they were able to address the concern same day, which is consistent to what I've grown to expect from them.

This was a first service for a new 2-zone AC system in our new home. We used Climate Design in the past and have always been satisfied.
