We used Climate Design for our new AC system. The professionalism of this company is second to none. From the salesman to the scheduling to the communication (very important) and any follow up, it all went well. You have to be careful in Florida to chose the right company to get the job done right and they do that.

Kane did an excellent job. Very professional & courteous. Made sure we were satisfied with the quality of the work done. He deserves a raise, not easy working in 90 plus degree weather.

Duke Energy says returns need to be sealed. The county inspector passed their work. (did not look at the job) Guess which one Climate design decided to go with? They wanted to come back to do the job at an outlandish cost which is an admission that it was not done properly - friendly advice do not make final payment without a qualified inspection

Climate Design does a great job maintaining and servicing our A/C. They are prompt, efficient and friendly. Our service tech, Ian is very knowledgeable and explains what he had done. The best A/C folks I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great service for a great price!

Ian came out for maintenance and took care of drain issues along with superior service. Ian is great to work with! I always know it will be done correct!

We had another great service call from John today. He is always so helpful and eager to answer any of our questions and address any concerns. We have been getting consistently outstanding service from John and it's a pleasure dealing with him.

Adony has worked with me over the last couple months... He has always given me all of the information that I've asked for as promised on time. He's giving me some helpful insight as a former technician to things I would not have thought about to ask for.

By the time I was ready to purchase a unit, his company was unfortunately out of the particular unit that I wanted. But I have to give this guy a five star rating because he has been exceptional throughout the whole process and I wish that I could've purchased through him, but my unit actually went out on me suddenly and I needed to get something ASAP or I would've waited for him.

Riley done a complete maintenance check on A/C & heating system at our home. He was very thorough, checking all connections and a complete cleaning of the system. He spent time explaining what he was doing, as he was doing it, in a way we could understand exactly what he was doing

Curtis came promptly on a Saturday to fix a non cooling Trane unit. He did an excellent job in short order and my A/C unit was working. Curtis was so polite while he was here.

Ian was great! He took his time to ensure all was well, and fixed existing issues. I like the shoe covers, ID badge and how he explained everything.
