Service was refered to us from friends as they were satisfied with quality ,service and price.. We have now replaced our airconditioner. The price was better than neigbours cost. The employees were all very helpful, mannerly, and efficient. Unit brand new so I expect it will work really well.

Very satisfied with both gentleman who installed my two AC units. Great company, I would only do business with Lifetime air as they are extremely honest and professional.

I live on the East Coast and my 2nd home is in Estero. I checked with many AC companies and Lifetime had the best price. I was surprised how customer oriented they all were and the professional installation. Great communication from A to Z. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Lida who answers the phone was very polite and scheduled appointment the same day for my AC which was not working properly. Jason the tech who came was beyond polite and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company for all your heating and AC needs

With an illness in the family. We called this company and secured a time when they would come to install the air conditioning system. Well, they broke many appointments before they finally decided to keep one.

Upon their arrival to our home, the moment it was stated that another family members credit card would be used for payment. They stared at me as though I was talking another language which they did not understand, turned on their heels and drove away!!

This is Florida in summer, my family and I called and called asking them to return to do the job, they told us they did not want our business!

Now, in my life and business I move with compassion toward any individual. It is not for money alone, but whatever we choose to do we must always have a sense of compassion as we embrace a high standard of business.

This company did not nothing to help our situation. They were rude and hung up the phone each time we called.

Better to go with someone else.
