Have had Lifetime Air install 3 hvac units in different properties that I own if an issue should arise they are there to take care of it.

All was great durning new install. Problem occurred when we needed service. They “disowned” us because after the hurricane our HOA replaced our condensers. Lifetime would not service us any longer! Joe was belligerent to my husband when he called for service. Said they only work on their own units.

Jason was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so we can make a decision that is best for us.
