His continued helpfulness with issues that management continues to ignore is exemplary!! Too bad the quality of the product is not commensurate with level of service??

The outside unit was not cleaned or vacuumed out. Tech said he oil the outside but doesn't look like it was done. Still think they are honest and a good company to do business with.
