I have used this company since 2019. Joe and his crew are professional, courteous, and fair. They do a great job. As an aside, after Joe had installed my entire new AC system in 2019 for an unbeatable price for a Bryant, when the County Inspector came to approve the job a week or so later, he asked me who installed it. I told him Lifetime Air - the inspector told me, they do very good work. We see few problems with them.

On time, very pleasant technician, explains any issues found.

Great, family owned business. From the excellent office staff to the knowledgeable field people, you can't go wrong. My experience is that their estimates are lower than their competitors and their installations are extremely well done.

It was Sunday, our upstairs A/C unit was leaking and I had to put towels down to absorb the water. Jason came Sunday, just a little after 12pm and fixed the unit. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service!!!

Arrived in Naples from Ohio only to find that our AC wasn’t working and forecast of 90 or above for our visit. Called at 9am, had a repairman here by 11am and he had the AC working by noon. Joe was our repairman, very polite and professional, extremely knowledgable, took care to cover his boots before coming in, cleaned everything up when he was done. In just over an hour, he saved our trip. Highly recommended.

He did a quality job with the maintenance needed to keep the machine running well. I was advised when they would be coming by a text which is also very handy and he came in the window of time I was told.

After a bad experience with another ac repair company I called Lifetime Air and they were able to get my ac working again in no time. They were very professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their system repaired or replaced.

It was a holiday. Pay double the service call but was well worth it to stay cool in Southwest Florida. Technician was super nice. Very knowledgeable of the unit.
