Citywide Heating & Cooling

I called City Wide because my furnace wouldn't kick on.
They were out here within two hours.
Thomas was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Here quickly found the problem and fixed it on the spot.
The fee was much less than I had anticipated.
I will use City Wide again and I would recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling service.

We had appointment with them to show between 7 am and 11 am - only after we called them - disconnected once and then put on hold for 6 minutes only to be ignored and hung up on again - we finally got a call from the tech Tommy to say “hey what going on up there” knowing he was suppose to be here in a 4 hour window we stayed home in our overheated home waiting for him
CHOOSE ANOTHER HVAC COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE DISAPPOINTMENT!
