Worst company in Cape Coral. Do not employ this company to even do an estimate. They don't provide the information they say they will. They charged me $550 for an inspection, didn't even provide a report. They over estimate what needs doing. Make you believe that your electricity setup needs a full replacement. I got 2 other estimates from other companies and they didn't advise any of what this Service Today company said was needed.
They are scam artists. Stay away from them.

These guys are great!
My original ask was for a bigger electrical panel to be installed, 2 new 220 lines put in, and a line to make the house generator ready. When they started the work they found other issues with the main cut off at the side of the house and wires that needed replaced. It was a huge job!! And in the end they added in a new recessed light above my kitchen sink!

They were very knowledgeable and patient with me when I asked all my questions. It was important to them that I understood what was going on. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

I would recommend Service Today to anyone for electrical work.

I never used them before and had them come out to do a normal inspection before the summer hits us because last year I had several problems, and I was highly satisfied with everything. The technician, Chase, he was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my dozens of questions with no issues explaining exactly what was going on and his recommendations. He didn't try to "push" or "sale" me anything which was refreshing. He did offer to fix one issue I have with a small electrical part starting to burn out but not completely yet, he had with him, but I decided to wait.

After the full inspection he cleaned up the AC very well, not just the coils (greatly improving the operation of the AC) but even the outside of it too, scrubbing it with a brush, and he reminded me to replace my inside filter, he went above and beyond. Great employee there. You guys will definitely have repeat business from me in the future.

It's always nice to find a company you can trust to give you a fair deal and not "get one over" on you like so many others.

Service Today is hands down the best company I have ever worked with. We were having some pretty major electrical issues due to hurricane Ian. They immediately sent Jeren and Jason out to diagnose the problem. They were very thorough in explaining everything. They even FaceTimed my husband. Who does that?! As a wife I was extremely grateful. They had Eddy and Ray here the next day to replace the meter can and the main breaker panel in the garage. They did a wonderful job and so professional. Jason even took time to come and check that everything was going well and answer any questions I had. When Eddy and Ray were done they did a fantastic job of cleaning up. When the code inspector came the next day he even commented at how the wires were done neatly and didn’t look like a bunch of spaghetti in there. I can’t say enough about Heidi who walked me through everything and always took my calls. She is amazing! They truly care about you the customer. This company has blown me away. May they all be blessed!

Terrible company! Camron came gave me an estimate “which was way to high” he said I needed to run new lines ok. That was Friday, Monday comes the technician had to call me to see what we was doing? Where the communication. Needless to say New lines where never ran. Camron also told me he would throw in the hallway lol. What a joke hallway was never done. I failed my inspection and I’m out 2k. Still waiting for an itemized bill from them. So if your up for getting robbed go ahead and call these people.

The company was very quick to schedule us for service call. The technician, Christian, was very professional. He offered 2 solutions, a least expensive and a more expensive option. The more expensive was obviously more involved and would take longer. We wanted the more expensive option, but we needed the service completed quickly. Christian was able to get us scheduled first thing the next morning. He arrived on time and completed the service to our satisfaction.

This company charged me $525.00 and never performed service. I tried calling 3 times to get my money returned. After ZERO returned calls I decided to report this as fraud to my credit card company. With all the other options for service available, I would highly recommend choosing a different company.

They also installed a Generac Generator That I am so pleased with the neat and professional workmanship. They also recently installed a post lamp with daylight timing switch. very pleased again,, Both times Eduardo was the tech who did the work. he is an excellent electrician and very knowledgable re: his work.

Quick response, came out when they said they would. Small job, but I needed it done, and Shane made it happen. All the other companies I called were slow, weeks out, and most NEVER returned my call.

the communication from the employees is extremely bad, this is not their fault though as its the management fault and job to make sure all systems are in place and order, Dustin very unprofessional and was raising his voice saying there isnt anyone above him that there isnt an "owner" or GM but its just makes everything more clear as he doesn't know how to properly manage a business, very dissatisfied and surprised, this is why i called a big company in the first place to be taken care of on the first shot, and that wast the case.

So they sent their service tech over finally, gave me three options and on the low end was $2000! What?! Lol I then contacted a refferal and finished the job for $300 “Division 16” will do it for fraction of the cost!
