We selected Action Electric based on their google reviews and simply could not have done any better!! This company was amazing from the first phone call through to the last invoice! Doug in the office was fantastic about squeezing our “emergency” into their schedule and then was able to still find time later to accommodate other work we wanted done yet before we left. Jeff came out and took care of our emergency. He and his associates worked tirelessly to get us set up and communicated throughout it all. Their pricing was very reasonable and we were thrilled with their service! Highly recommend Action Electric!

Service today was prompt in getting someone out to our house to assess the work that needed to be completed. They were friendly and knew what they were talking about. We had to replace the panel and breakers in our home. When we had the work completed we reached out to our insurance to see if they would pay for the work and found out through our insurance and spoke with a couple more electricians and found out that Service Today charged us way more than what should have been charged for the work. We reached out to Service today to ask for a detailed invoice with material and labor and the only thing they provided was for material and not a good description of what materials were provided or labor costs. Even though they were prompt I feel that this company took advantage of our situation. We have tried reaching out to them to get more info from them on our bill but still nothing from them

Leo came, diagnosed the problem we had with a GFI outlet. Fixed it in short time and the pricing was fair. Will definitely use again for electric needs

We selected Action Electric based solely on their many positive Google reviews, and it turned out to be one of the wisest decisions we ever made. Upon calling, Doug worked to get us a Saturday appointment, in spite of their very busy schedule.

Doug sent Jeff out to attend to our electrical needs. Jeff was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very respectful of our time. He was very personable and an absolute pleasure.

Jeff communicated with us throughout the process, and explained everything in terms we could understand.

What a high pressure sales pitch. Took 25 minutes of listening to spiels and looking at handouts to get guy to look at light fixture. He kept running around trying to find additional problems with fake "voltage drop" meter. Paid 200 to get him to replace high ceiling bulb and get out of my house. Totally non professional and weird too. This company, or at least this employee, uses scare tactics to get work at your home. They do NOT document the work done and only bill by "service level numbers of work done". Total scam. I paid to get the guy to leave and put my breaker box cover back on.

Great company! Our ac unit failed and we were told by another company that it needed to be replaced. We wanted to receive a second opinion, so we call Service Today. The technician Jeren came out and actually gave us a repair vs. a replacement estimate so we could choose what we wanted to do. We choose to replace the system instead since it was going to be more cost effective. Jeren was able to get the unit temporarily cooling so we could have some air until the unit could be replaced.

Service Today came out and replaced the unit as scheduled and everything went great and we couldn't be happier. They are a smaller company, but do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!

I chose Action Electric after reading through their reviews and the reviews of some other companies. It was a wise choice. I spoke with Doug on the phone and explained my situation. I had no water since Saturday and thought it could be an electrical problem. Doug said they were very busy and probably would not be able to get to me until the next day. Doug called me back later and said someone was on the way. Jeff arrived and got right to work. I had to have two outlets and a circuit breaker replaced. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He did an excellence job and I had water again in minimal time. I highly recommend them. Thanks Doug and Jeff.

I called Service Today to get my generator up and running. Eddie, the service technician did a great job and my generator is now working properly. I will definitely use Service TodY in the future.

I chose Action off solely reading their rave reviews and they did not disappoint! Jeff was wonderful to work with and honest and upfront and didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need. These folks are honest, friendly, get the job done, and good on prices. Will definitely recommend them and be using them for my future projects!

This was about the third time in recent months that I brought Action Electric in to do upgrades and to install security lighting around our home. Each time their team has demonstrated professionalism and high quality service.

I even had a situation that I asked for a quotation and recommendation to connect my generator to my power panel. Doug acted with amazing integrity and shared that I should compare his proposal to GenerLink at LCEC. I thank him greatly as the method LCEC uses is clean and neat and more economical. Action could very well have had the work but helped me do it right.
