The communication to schedule and keep me updated was appreciated. Unusual from companies anymore.
My small project was completed quickly by a knowledgeable and friendly person at a fair price.

I cannot say enough good things about them, but here's a few- very knowledgeable, great workers, professional and polite.
The company as a whole is honest,fair, and very easy to talk with and answers all questions and concerns that you might have pertaining to your job.
I have used them twice and will not hesitate to call them again if I need anything else taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Ed and Leo were great. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ed had a lot of great ideas and clearly cares a lot about the quality of his work. Will definitely use these guys again.

This was my first time using Action Electric and my decision to use them was based on the reviews here. My issue was that the A/C disconnect in the attic was faulty due to old age and it shorted and completely melted. This happened on a Sunday night. I called Action on Monday (1/15/18) at 8:15am and I let them know what was wrong and 5 minutes later the owner Doug called me and told me that they would have an electrician out that morning.

About 30 minutes later Jeff showed up. I couldn't believe how fast they came out. Jeff was very professional and knowledgable and explained what he was going to do and did it very quickly. He replaced the burned up disconnect, load tested the furnace and since he was finished so quickly with the original problem I had him take a look at one of my kitchen outlets that stopped working. Jeff diagnosed and repaired that as well while he was here. The cost was very reasonable in my opinion for what was done. I would highly recommend Action Electric and I will definitely be using them again if I have any other problems!

Christian was my repairman and he was excellent. He arrived and was friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He kept me informed along the way and got the problem figured out and working quickly. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely call again in the future if I need repairs.

My phone call was returned quickly. There was a cancellation the next day and they called to get me right in. It was not an emergency job.
I had a hood vent installed. The work was done perfectly and he cleaned up everything. A hole had to be cut in the cabinet and there was no dirt or dust when he was done. The price was also reasonable. You cant go wrong

Chase was promt and on time. He answered my questions professionally and was very polite.
