If you are on the fence about which company to use, like I was, Action Electric of Lee County Inc. is the right choice.

I've used other companies in the past and I wish I found Action Electric of Lee County Inc. sooner.

I spoke with Doug on the phone to help set up the service call. He was able to listen to my concerns and properly transcribe what needed to be fixed. He was also a great help with scheduling an appointment that would work with my busy schedule. Top notch customer service!

Jeff arrived to my house on time and was friendly and courteous. He took a moment for me to explain the situation and was quick to identity and understand what was happening. He gave me a rundown of what he proposed to do and I approved it. A few moments later everything was all set to go. One of the best parts is you can tell that he actually cared about his work and craftsmanship. I finally felt secure in my house again.

I could not be happier with my choice and would gladly recommend their service.

I was having an issue with my ac not staying cold during the day but getting cold at night. I contacted service today! And they sent out Mario. Mario was very kind & knowledgeable, he was able to get right into it & figured out the issue with just one look at it. My ac drain was clogged & he went straight away to taking care of it. He even showed me pictures of what it looked like & it was not pretty stuff I was looking at. I am new to Florida & never had an ac unit, coming from a state that you don’t need one. So I was unaware that the ac needs to be maintained every 6 months to keep it up & running without issue! He taught me a lot about my ac unit along with referring me to a pest control. I would 100 times ask for Mario to come back & help again. As I would refer this company to other people. Thank you Mario & Service Today! Ya’ll sure made me smile!

Called your company about 1:00pm talked to a very nice lady. She told me she would have someone here between 2 and 5 at 2:30 Leo arrived. He explained what could be the problem but he would check some different things. He ran what he called a mine diagnostic test checked all the outlets in the house before saying it was the refrigerator causing the problem.
My wife and I ask Leo 30 ?questions not all of them about our problem he was more then glad to answer them. He was very nolagible about his job. When we decide on what to do it will definitely be LEO !

Soooo.....here we go. I have a neighbor with a water problem. No water in the the house. There is no power going to the well pump. I called Service Today and they sent out a technician and he diagnosed the problem as the underground line between the pressure switch and the well pump. Gave us a $2700 estimate to dig a new trench and install a new line in conduit. I am not an electrician but I worked in a related field and that did not seem right so I ran a line of romex across the ground to the pump. Still no power. The problem is not in the ground. The problem is between electrical panel and the pressure switch. So I called Service Today to tell them their tech misdiagnosed the job and I wanted a different tech to come out and rediagnose the problem for no charge. I got transferred to Nick a local manager who flew off the handle and said they would not send out another tech and they would refund the money for the service call and to call another company. Wow!!! Be very careful if you're considering using this company. I can understand an employee making a mistake (god knows I had 20 years of that) but I cannot understand Nick's response. This company must encourage their techs to take advantage of what they think are ignorant customers. My advice.....STAY AWAY.

I did not use Service Today yet, but I will in the future. Mario came to my home and gave me the most honest opinion of my air conditioner and vents. He said I do not need them to be cleaned right now, maybe in 2 years.

I called Service today to come and check on my air conditioner that was was leaking water. They came right away and fixed it.They even clean up after themselves. A lot of the time when I call for somone to come fix my A/C they leave a mess behind for me to clean up. Not with Service Today! Very impressed! Would highly recommend!

Received a call from Kayla about a free service for A/C system maintenance. The technician Rocko came and took a lot of pictures, he opened the panel on the unit and just looked at it, told me there was a lot of mold. He didn't check anything and closed the panel on the unit. He did check the temperature with the probes inserted in the vents. He checked the refrigerant on the fan unit and told me it was low. I asked him if he could refill the unit with refrigerant and he said he would need to call his supervisor. Rocko said I would need to talk to his supervisor which I did, he said he could send another technician to inspect the unit for any leaks which would cost me $350, $450 or $650 to have any refrigerant added. Rocko accidently lost one of the caps where you connect the tester, I told him he needs to find the cap or does he have a replacement cap. He said he would have to open the fan up to try and find it. So, I helped him by holding the fan up so he could reach inside the unit to retrieve it. He finished closing everything up and I asked him for a copy of his report. I was told it would be sent by email which he never asked me for my email address. I gave this company only 3 stars because I did find out that the refrigerant was low on our 16-year unit which is still running. Which we plan on replacing, hopefully not right away.
