Christian was professional, and did a great job as well as diagnosed what was wrong and told me it was under warranty so that I didn’t have to pay twice for the repair. Honest and ethical. Came out same day within an hour of my call. Very happy with this company and highly recommend.

My first disappointment was when I called the phone # for Action Electric and the gal who answered said "Service Today!" Great experience with Action Electric. They sold to Service Today. Leo came out to assess the job on March 24. I signed a contract on March 24th for $2,733.00. I was a bit taken back with the high price but put my trust in Leo and Service Today. I paid 1/2 of the invoice at that time. We set up the date of 3/30/22. No show, no call. They came the next day, to find out that they cannot do the job as planned, to run wires in attic. So, we scheduled the next date for April 6. No show, no call. I did receive a call April 7 at 7:45AM from Leo, to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. He spent the day running conduit outside and installed 4 outdoor outlets, 1 outdoor light switch and replaced 2 light fixers that I provided. Here is the problems: They Lost a screw to my electrical box and did not replace it. ALL conduit installed uneven, all Leo needed was a tape measure to keep the conduit straight AND missing one clamp...One of the light fixers was not connected to electricity, we had to connect it ourselves. THE MESS that was left...OMG! Cut wires left on the ground, stucco dust all over the place... For the price that I paid I expected a professional job and I DID NOT GET THAT. Before I did this negative google review, I reached out through email to let them know how disappointed I was and how unsatisfied I was with the job that was done. The Job was quoted so high because they were to run wires in the attic...That didn't happen, so shouldn't the invoice reflect that? I asked them to Please, review the invoice and the job that was completed. I told them that I did not want anyone from Service Today back here on my property, but I would like to see if the invoice can be reviewed. No response. Before I posted this review, I left another email...no response...

Responsive and cost effective. Christian gave us options for the repair and conducted himself professionally. We will add him and the company to the list of trusted businesses we will use and recommend.

Christian was amazing, personable and was able to accommodate all of our needs. Part of the job was a last minute request and he didn’t miss a beat! 8 stars out of 5! :)

Christian snd the two that assisted him were great so far. Christian came out yesterday and gave me my estimate and the next day the work is being done. Polite, friendly and respectful! Happy with the experience.

Great service and a professional installation. Workers were extremely competent and careful of the house during their work. Very easy to work with and highly recommend this company and their product.

Christian was very professional and knowledgeable about what we were wanting. He explained everything in detail and gave us a price upfront. He was able to get us scheduled to have the service done today. Would highly recommend Christian and the company as a whole!

They come out very promptly but I would caution you on the pricing the run by a company from another state and they want to rip your face off. Not sure how they have good reviews from other people. Because, after I use them my neighbor told me nothing but bad things about them. Be cautious!

Everyone that I had contact with were very friendly and professional. Christian L. Was very easy to talk to and explain what I needed done. He knew exactly what he had to do and did a great job.
