Dominic installed the Sensi system in our home today. He arrived on time, and installed the system in a short time. Dominic was very thorough in explaining everything to us. He did an excellent job. I recommend Comfort Zone without hesitation.

When it was time to replace our aged AC system, Comfort Zone recommended installing a smaller AC unit in our Condo than the old existing model. We did and it cools beautifully and we are saving approx 40% on our monthly electric bill. Adam R. and all the technicians are excellent and so pleasant and professional. We use the 2 times per year service plan and are very pleased.

Comfort Zone is a family owned and operated company and I’ve known them for nearly 34 years when they started. The second generation is now operating the company. They are honest and their employees have been with them for many many years. I’ve tried others and got another bids occasionally but I always come back to Comfort Zone.They can be trusted.

Mike was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He stayed to complete the job, even though it was well past 8pm. He took the time to explain the many reasons my a/c flooded several times a year, and took the time to make the tedious, finicky repairs that other companies weren’t bothering to do. Thank you!

I must recommend Comfort Zone. They are honest, respectful and quick to respond. The only thing that held the repair up was obtaining the part which would have been the same for most companies. They made sure I had a “temporary solution” to get me through that time comfortably. I was able to see and understand the information they gave me so I knew the assessment of the unit was accurate. The first person/company that came out wanted me to replace the entire AC for six grand. They only took cash or money order check. They gave me wrong information and took advantage of my lack of knowledge of AC repair. It was night and day between the two companies. I’m so glad I got the second opinion of Comfort Zone and will be a forever customer. In regards to the current COVID-19 pandemic, they respected my home and the health of my family. They wore appropriate PPE from masks to shoe coverings. In every aspect, I am exceptionally pleased with this company, the owner and the amazing staff.
