I have been using Comfort Zone for about 15 years and am always satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone. Their rep Mike was out today for annual preventive maintenance service and as always I am extremely happy with the services they provided giving me peace of mind that there system is going to keep giving me years of uninterrupted service.

Adam was awesome!!! We had a TXV valve go out and he was here the next day with the part. He was extremely friendly, and explained everything in detail. He made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything that needed to be done. Very professional and polite and also fun to listen to. Will be using these guys for all my air maintenance needs.

We have Adam Richardson doing our twice a year checks and whatever else that needs to be done. Adam is a great guy to work with! We have had a lot of conversations and he is so nice! Must be that mid-western niceness you always hear about! We’re both from Michigan. He is very efficient! When I’m ill he stays as quiet as a mouse. He’s a gentleman through and through and I consider him to be my friend!

Dominic Rosso at comfort zone did fantastic work! Great honest AC technician. Took photos of the problem, reviewed all costs and completed the work. AC is working perfectly for the first time since installed by another company. I am thrilled with Dominick and with Comfort Zone. Highly recommend them!

Before we purchased a home we were renting one that had issues one day with the air conditioner. (Landlord was out of country) . Comfort Zone’s number happened to be on a sticker on the air handler. I called they came out same day and fixed. Three days later it broke again. They came out looked at it and immediately apologized they had missed something prior. They fixed again and didn’t charge me a penny the second time. They could’ve easily said something else broke and charged me but they didn’t. I have never met a company so honest, so now that we own our home and a rental property, they are the only ones I will call to help with my air conditioning needs. When they answer they are always polite and respectful. The techs that come out are very friendly, knowledgeable and always let you know exactly what’s going on, so there’s never surprises. They may not be the cheapest (they are very reasonable) but having a company treat you and your property with respect, and having honesty is so worth the extra few bucks. I highly recommend this company!
