Great service from Comfort Zone as usual. The are thorough and keeps our system working well throughout the year.

They went over above and beyond. I will never use another service. Eric was outstanding as well.

Mike B was early, did a thorough AC system check, and diagnosed the source of the problem. He is an efficient worker and spoke to me personally explaining the problem and the solution. In addition, Angie was able to schedule same day service. Comfort Zone goes above and beyond. I'm very satisfied and grateful.

Dawn in the office was delightful and scheduled me in right away. Mike gave me a courtesy call on the service performed. Thoroughly pleased !

Victor H showed up on time and performed the requested service efficiently and without mess. He determined that I did not need new parts as I had anticipated and corrected a problem with the wiring which saved me money. In addition he was able to answer questions I had about my electronic thermostat and pool heater. He did this willingly and without additional charge. Needed a second opinion on my AC. Sam came out, listened, diagnosed the coil problem. Reassured me Lennox would stand behind their products. Having to wait for replacement coil, Sam added refrigeration to keep us cool while replacement arrives. Very pleased with the honesty and professionalism exhibited by Sam during his visit. We are much relieved that our AC problem is being handled with care and understanding
