While my daughter was out of state, I checked her Cape Coral house and realized the 10+-year old Air Conditioning unit had stopped working. I called Comfort Zone of Cape Coral and they promptly sent out an excellent technician, Adam Richardson, who diagnosed the problem, offered pros and cons of different solutions and when my daughter decided it would be better to replace, Adam called David Vinyard from Comfort Zone to come the same day to measure and assess the house. Since my daughter had upgraded with excellent windows and a new roof, Comfort Zone determined that she would be fine with a somewhat smaller unit. I was impressed. A win/win: better for the quote and better for the environment. Today, Adam Richardson came back and installed the new unit which cooled off the house very quickly. Adam is extremely hard-working, efficient, pleasant and even took a few extra minutes to help me set up the app on my phone so that the unit can be monitored and controlled remotely. The monitoring system will send messages to the office as well if there is any problem. I highly recommend Comfort Zone and their product.

Very pleased with Comfort Zone! Learned about Comfort Zone from Steven Hardy who I met in line at Mario's. I just moved to the area and needed someone to evaluate and do routine maintenance on the AC unit. We were able to get an appointment right away and the technician, Adam Richardson, was on time and very professional. He identified and corrected some things before they could be a problem down the line. We don't expect to see him again until time for routine maintenance. Comfort Zone was reasonably priced and found them to be a great value. Will continue to to use Comfort Zone for all our HVAC needs.

Fantastic job! Mike and Adam were awesome! They all wear booties when entering my home. They are customer focused and treat you like you are their personal customer. I cannot say enough.

When performing our routine maintenance Mike found a defective wire which saved us an unexpected breakdown. His find showed great attention to detail. Thanks.

I have been using Comfort Zone for about 5 years and have always been very happy with the service they have provided me. If I have a problem it is has been taken care of the day of my appointment. I think they are a great company.

Today, we had a power surge in community and didn't know it was just us so I called Comfort Zone and they alerted us as to what to do with the thermostat because we lost air. They are so fast and responsive. Sam called and checked with us to make sure our air went back on..KUDOS!! Thanks for being so responsive, Sam!!!

I called yesterday afternoon and Victor was here this morning. He diagnosed the problem, made the repairs, and cleaned up the site. I am very pleased with The Comfort Zone. Tom P
