We just bought our home in Cape Coral and had water spots on ceiling. Airman came out and diagnosed our problem. Very thorough and upfront. Explained our options and made some recommendations. They came out the next morning and completed the replacement ,in less than 4 hours. Cleaned everything up and brought us up to speed on cooling a house down in Florida. My A/C went out suddenly in the early afternoon, and after scrambling to find someone to help, Airman Heating & Cooling were out to my house less than an hour after I called them. They figured out the problem, my blower was fried, and were very thorough and honest in explaining all of my options.

I chose to go with a new A/C, which I thought was setting me up for at least a week of hassle, BUT they made it the simplest and smoothest process ever. They had the paperwork done that day, the parts ordered the next, and the new A/C installed the following morning. Not to mention it was extremely affordable. I'm now sitting in some luxurious cool air.

THAT'S NOT ALL THOUGH. They truly care. This wasn't just a sale for them, they took every possible step to make sure my family and I were comfortable. They provided us a brand new window unit to keep our bedroom cool while we waited, AT NO EXTRA COST, and they worked around my work schedule to make everything convenient for me. They went out of their way to fix my coolant lines, pull a permit, repair air ducts, and install a hurricane slab to bolt down the new A/C.

I could go on and on about how awesome they are, and how their exceptional service not only made the process of getting a new A/C possible, but how it's also provided me peace of mind. Airman did an excellent job--I had new carpeting on my stairs and they were very treated my home with care. From their first visit for an estimate, to the installation, it was done with speed and efficiency. I am highly recommending them to my friends and neighbors as I am doing on line.
On top of that, there was someone answering the phone in person to answer any questions that I had. Such wonderful service--almost impossible to find at the present time.

We have had leaking problems coming out of our handler in the garage. We have had numerous SO-CALLED A/C repair experts come look at the whole A/C system. Nobody seem to be able to figure out what was wrong. I will agree, it was hard to pinpoint the problem, but they are supposed to be the experts. They gave really expensive fixes without any guarantees. One of them gave up after allegedly trying to fix it and did come back many times trying to do so. We gave up for awhile and figured we will deal with the leak with putting a bucket under it and emptying it every few days. Some months later, we decided to try finding someone again. I checked the nextdoor app and found Darryl from Airman heating and cooling. He got some good reviews on there so we decided to give him a shot. Like other's it was a hard fix to figure out, but NOT like other's, HE actually figured it out!!! He didn't give up, was extremely professional and didn't overcharge us. I highly recommend Airman heating and cooling and after living here in Florida for 25 years we FINALLY found an Air Condition repair guy we can trust.
