I would highly recommend this company. With one call I had an honest skilled technician at my door. He was fast, honest and helped explain all my options. In less than two hours he had the part programmed and delivered. He installed the part, then inspected every inch of my AC system. He went above and beyond by teaching me helpful hints to maintain my system and keep it more efficient. Thanks Airman I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My family and fure babies thank you for a cool and comfortable night.

Airman did a great job with fixing our AC unit. They came on time, went straight to work and figured out what was the problem with our unit right away. They had the parts required for the fix as well. I was VERY impressed with their service and efficiency. If the time comes that I will be needing any more AC fixes, I will call them again and also use them for our tenants AC needs in our rental houses as well as recommend Airman Heating & Cooling to my friends.

There aren't enough good things I can say about Airman Heating & Cooling. My 12 year old AC took a dump in the middle of the hot Florida summer. I called a few AC contractors out to get estimates, and none were as honest, professional and knowledgeable as Darrel. He and his team installed a new unit for me, and it turned out flawless. To top it off, the office manager Paulette couldn't be sweeter, and more accommodating. Absolutely go with this company if you are looking for someone you can trust, and be there for you in this VERY hot state.

Prior to using this company, I did not think that I could find any trustworthy HVAC contractors in this area (based on many negative experiences in the past). I was referred to this company from a past customer, and I couldn't have made a better choice. This is the first honest, no sales pressure AC tech that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Darrel is punctual, professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it as he worked to assess the problem. He isolated the issue with a thorough assessment and clearly explained all options to allow me to make an informed decision. Long story short, he fixed my issue in a timely manner, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, punctual, professional, and thorough HVAC contractor in the Southwest Florida area, this is hands down the best company you'll find. Extremely happy with the quick, neat installation of my new AC. Everything was explained and completed exactly as promised. AC works great! I really appreciated the care that was taken to protect my wood floors by putting down protective paper as well as wearing shoe covers when needed. The guys even put a cover over my washer which was next to the AC to keep it protected too. I highly recommend Airman.

My AC stopped working on a Saturday night. I suffered until morning & made a few calls to different AC companies. After a few service call quotes and all wait times being 4+ hours I started looking at Google Reviews ( I do my research) & Airman was highly rated with excellent reviews.
I am a single Mom & cant afford to be ripped off .
I called and spoke with Darrell ( in a panic ) and he said he will send somebody right out! The charge for the service call was 1/2 the amount of everybody else .
His employer Ed was at my door in 25 mins!!! He scoped out the problem & was ready to fix it on the spot. ON A SUNDAY!!!! Very professional & spoke highly of his Employer and the work they do.

(I already knew my AC was old & ready to go, I just wasnt ready for the Bill) Not once did Ed try & talk me into a whole new system. He repaced my motor and went over a few options if I were to replace my AC which I thought was awesome.
We set up an appointment to have the owner come out & discuss some different options if the time came & I needed a new AC.
Darrell ( the owner) came to my home & we sat & went over different payment options & what a relief to know that there were OPTIONS!!
There was never once any pressure to buy anything, just reassurance & knowledge that if I did decide on a New Unit, I know what Im looking at.
I decided a week later to go ahead and bite the bullet, I knew it was time. I spoke with Paulette many times & she answered any question I had & guaranteed that their work is under warranty. She also took care of the permit. ANOTHER PLUS!
They scheduled me in that same week & I got my new AC !
Darrell was even nice enough to discount me for the money I spent on the motor!! The work in my garage is EXCELLENT!!
I cant say enough about these beautiful people!!! Ive been scammed a few times & it hurt my finances so its nice to know theres still GOOD HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE OUT THERE!!!

2nd Review!
May 13th I called Airman at open this morning, and they were at my door within a couple hours. By they I mean Darrell the owner, which it always is. That's a great feeling knowing I speak to his wife on the phone and see him on my doorstep in no time! Darrell located my AC's issue within seconds, and was out the door to go get the part in no time. He arrived back in under a half hour with the part, installed it in a matter of minutes, and I heard the sweet hum of the AC fan blower come on! This company is a step above fantastic! They are fast, reliable, and honest! All qualities I know first hand you will not find with every AC company! Airman is definately my go-to whenever my AC goes on the fritz!!!

Last Augst 2018 I called Airman Cape Coral for a second opinion on why my AC wasn't working, as the first AC cape Coral company said my AC unit was broken and I needed to buy a new one through them for over $9,000. Airman came out that same day and told me I only had a clogged pipe and needed a new switch, costing me less than $100. They had my AC up and running again in a half hour! Airman saved me thousands of dollars, were fast, knowledgable, honest, professional, and had very reasonable pricing! My AC unit continues to run without a hitch! Airmain Cape Coral is definately my go to people for heating and cooling!

We needed a brand new a/c and had 4 different bids. I could tell when Darrel came by for the bid I was dealing with someone honest and to the point. They did everything they said they would and just as importantly did it when the said they would. They showed up at 730, uninstalled the old one, the new equipment showed up at 8, another crew showed up by 930 to take the old unit away. It was a well orchestrated job. They said they’d be done by 3. They were gone by 230. Paulette comes by and walked me through the app (I had them add a WiFi thermostat). They file the warranty papers for you. They pull the city permit for you. Everything was super professional. Even the city inspector was telling me how he never has any issues with this company. If you need a new a/c, look no further!

Responded to a drawing at a home show. Didn't win (surprise) but did get a "free" AC checkup. Admittedly the service tech was skilled in theatrical arts. Pulling the over off my AC he exclaims with drama that there is mold all over and through the condenser coils. I must get an acid wash and an UV light to kill mold. Cost $1700! No thanks, I said and sent him away. Called my regular AC tech company - The Airman - for my normal once a year service and maintenance check. He comes out, examines the unit, and declares it is dusty, not moldy. Several minutes later its clean and he's done. Total cost? $49!

There's plenty of money to be made doing honest work. So sad that we live in a sunny place with a lot of shady characters. They prey on seniors who are trusting and wary of confrontation. Thanks to the crew at the Airman for their honest and forthright service.

Honest, reliable no bs. Every job is done as if it was going to be on display for everyone to see, even when in an attic gets the same install as if it was sitting in your garage. Never cuts corners or rips customers off. You want to hire your last air conditioning company you will ever need while living in Cape coral. Airman is your man and his work stands behind that.
