I was cut off by your vehicle on a bridge abruptly; pretty reckless especially on a bridge on 75N. I then tried to go around, and they sped up to close me off. This is very childish, and unprofessional.

Just because you are not working, you are still representing your company.

Once in a great while when something stressful and difficult happens such as my AC at failure status in the month of July in everyday 90 degree SW FL weather you get lucky.

My neighbor ( who had previously used AC Professional Heating and Cooling) strongly suggested contacting them.

After my call (on a Sunday) they arrived the next day, gave a very fair estimate and explained installation.

Their work was excellent, friendly, timely and neat.

Without my asking they purchased a portable indoor AC and installed so our master bedroom would be comfortable.

Communication with their business manager, Adrianna was consistent and on an everyday basis.

You may be doing yourself a favor when considering a new AC to give this company a call for their estimate and time frame.

I have used them twice and both times they were super responsive and assisting and willing to help. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who would be willing to ask my advice.

First time they installed the system back in 2019 and did an amazing job. Helped with permitting process and got the job done.

Second time today had an issue with the outside unit contacted them and had them by the house in an hours time! Same great attitude!

From the start, I spoke with Adriana who was extremely nice and professional. She made an appointment to come out to the business and check out why our unit was not working properly. She sent over two professional guys who were outstanding. They took pictures of everything, showed me what the problem was and fixed it. They returned for a second visit for a second minor visit and each time they were on time and professional. So glad to finally find reliable HVAC service. Will only call them for all my repairs!
