Starting to get annoying when you have an appointment and wait for a technician to come out and they don't show so ya call their office and say well their techs are booked and have to reschedule without any call or email saying anything about having to reschedule an appointment unless you call them then you finally get an appointment and a technician still does not show up and still have to keep calling ac1 heating and cooling office.

We had an emergency and AC1 was there right away, corrected the immediate problem, and provided me with a number of options to chose from to address the root of the problem. They are fair in their price, and that coupled with their level of professionalism and responsiveness is what turned them into our Heating and Cooling company of choice.
