On Monday I called AC Warehouse to get a quote on a new AC unit and within a few hours someone showed up. He listened to my concerns and then recommended an AC unit that worked for me. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want and he made the whole process very easy. Tuesday was installation day. The crew that arrived was extremely polite and respectful to the point of wiping their shoes on the rug by the door. I could see the crew was hot from the sun but they never complained but instead smiled and continued working. A rare quality these days. My overall experience has been great and I will highly recommend AC Warehouse!

On July 4th, Our a/c stopped working. It was 98 degrees outside and I was in a panic because we had house guests. A/C Warehouse was at our home within 2 hours and repaired it. The tech was awesome and very informative!!! Highly recommend them!!

I would encourage you to not go with this company. They lie to put it bluntly. They came to fix my AC and said my compressor was not working. It was 8.5 years old and under warranty- I bought the AC from them. Even under warranty they wanted $3500 to fix it and told me I needed a new AC. I had a different AC company come the next day and the compressor was fine, I did not need a new AC. I have so many examples but simply am not up to it. Look elsewhere, anywhere else. Do not get involved with this company would be my advice.

Our air conditioning quit on us around 4 pm on a Saturday. Called for a technician and within an hour and a half, Garth Lisman was at our door. He did the inspection on the unit and gave us the bad news that the compressor had died. He discussed our options, replace the compressor or replace the whole unit for a few dollars more. We agreed to a full replacement, he checked the supply and found that the unit we needed was in stock and could be installed on the Monday. Garth was charming, honest and had a great sense of humor. Very happy with the service he provided and we really appreciated how quickly things got done.

Garth was on time. He greeted me with a friendly and professional attitude. Once he examined my a/c unit he reassured me that he would be able to provide me the best service. He gave me professional advice and answered all my questions. I will continue to renew my contract with A/C Warehouse and ask for Garth on all future service calls.

Brian and Marlo (the manager) refuse to do their job. Brian came out to "fix" my AC unit, which I'm paying for, and he refused to do his job due to "extra work". After the next few days, they decided they were going to diagnose the issue for the 3rd time, however, did not show up. I called again to reschedule and again, no one showed up. When I called, they told me that Brian documented that he came out at 8am and that was a complete lie. That is unacceptable and I should not have to pay for this. I hired this company in JANUARY and it is now APRIL. My AC bill has been over $800 for the past 4 months because my unit is still broken. This is the worst company to choose for any issue with your AC. They will make the issue even worse and refuse to complete the service you paid for. I am 100% reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
Whatever you do, do NOT hire this company. They will degrade you, lie and will NOT fix your problem.

About one month ago we started having issues with our AC. Called AC Warehouse because we still have 3 years left on our labor warranty with them. Technician comes out and claimed that we had a bad TXV. So we scheduled for that to get replaced.
Another technician came out a few days later to replace the bad TVX. It took him maybe 30 minutes max. I found that weird because the original technician that diagnosed the issue said the repair would take about two hours.
After the repair was finished. The technician started trying to sell me some UV lights for my system. I was not interested in spending 2000$ for UV lights.
A couple days pass after the repair and the AC was still not working properly. I called AC Warehouse back and explained to them that I still had issues with the AC. The person on the phone told me the technician that did the repair said I had a dirty evaporator coil which is why the system wasn't working well. I thought that was weird because the technician never even checked the evaporator coil. I was outside watching him while he did the repair. How in the world would he know if the coil was dirty if he didn't check it?
So I decided to call another company for a second opinion. I found this company on the Trane official website, which is the manufacturer of my AC system.
This second company told me that AC Warehouse did not properly recover the refrigerant, and that they did not properly vacuum down the line set to remove any contamination from having the system open. They said the reason was because when he checked pressures, they were not stabilizing and was acting like the refrigerant was contaminated. They also said that when you open the system to repair a major part like the TXV, you're also supposed to replace the filter drier. AC Warehouse did not replace the filter drier. When they opened the air handler to look at the TXV, he said the sensing bulb was not touching the correct pipe and the TXV was not insulated properly. Also he found one of the o-rings/washers for the TXV just sitting there.
Overall he said AC Warehouse did an extremely poor job replacing the TXV. He recommended that I call AC Warehouse to come back out and correct the problem by putting another new TXV in, replacing the filter drier, and properly recover the refrigerant and vacuuming down the lines.
So I started calling AC Warehouse to have them come back out to do the job correctly. Everytime I called and asked for a service manager they said "We'll call you back" but they never call you back. Then when I call them again, they just start hanging up on me.
Terrible company that seems to have zero pride in their work. Also they're supposed to have a 1 year repair guarantee. Guess they don't like honoring that.
Stay away from this company.
