Technician, Jacob, very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions (with a positive attitude encouraging further incite into what we need to do to keep our system running smoothly). Gave additional information not even asked. Have used this company for many years.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars. I had called 4 different companies in my local area to get a quote for a new AC unit with all of the works. I ended up choosing AC Warehouse because of Jeffrey Fruth. He was very professional, patient and answered all of my questions. I was able to get an AMAZING and affordable quite for a brand new 3 ton 16 sear unit with new ducts, hood, electrical whip, a UV light, breaker everything. The two guys that came and installed the AC unit showed up asap the following week Monday morning and knocked out the job within 3 hours!!! They came back the next day to finish and did a PHENOMENAL Job. Their names were O-Ryan and Randy. Thank you thank you GUYS so much.
100% recommend this company. They KNOW what they are doing, give you the best quote for what you are needing and are THE BEST. Beyond HAPPY. Thank you 🙌🏻❤️❤️❤️

****4 year update****
It is currently 88 degrees in our house! We have purchased 2 additional air conditioners (1 portable and 1 window unit) and our 4 year old ac warehouse unit that was just inspected in March and passed with "flying colors" just can't cool our house even with additional units.....of course it's a Saturday evening so our only option is to call them for an emergency service call! We have a 10 year warranty but it does not cover the service call.

I honestly would rather sweat to death then call them for anything.

I guess I should have read the reviews and checked the better business bureau before having ac warehouse install our new air conditioner! They showed up 4 hours earlier than expected, meaning lost work time for my husband. They installed new ac without making sure it worked, so it was 92 degrees in our house for 3 hours until someone could come back out and look at it. It turns out, they hooked it up wrong and the heat, fan and air conditioner were all blowing at the same time! The service tech "fixed" it and left. Then the first cold front came and we turned the heat on and it didn't work. We made an appointment with them for Wednesday so I stayed home from work to meet them and they never showed. Called to see what happened and the lady was rude and said the appointment was for Thursday and that calls were recorded so we could listen to the call to find out where the misunderstanding was. We told them to just give us an appointment for the evening so no one has to miss work. They showed up the next evening and looked into the issue and said the tech that "fixed" the first issue had disconnected the heat. What a joke! This brings us today, where it is currently 81 degrees in my house but the thermostat is set on 74. The website says always open but there is no answer on the other end of the line or answering machine to take a message. If we can ever get through to ac warehouse, this will be our 4th service call needed in 6 weeks!

Have used this company exclusively for the past 13 years. Joy came out for the first time today to do our regular maintenance. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explained things plainly and thoroughly to me, and then again to my husband. So impressed with her that I got her card so that we can request her to do our future maintenances.

Pat was an extremely professional businessman!

I called for a second opinion on my air conditioner after another company told me I needed a new coil. I was suspicious of the tech and decided to get a second opinion. Grant from A/C Warehouse did an extremely thorough inspection and found no leaks that would warrant a new coil. I would highly recommend this company for their high ethical standards

I have a maintenance agreement with A/C Warehouse. I called to have a $20 capacitor changed and was charge $319.00 for a 10 minute repair. I will not be renewing my maintenance agreement with A/C Warehouse. I feel that I was ripped off.

We had our a/c units serviced today by Kurt. He has been here before and we have asked for him specifically to handle our a/c servicing needs. He is always on time; always professional; always thorough. When he leaves we have complete confidence that we have received the kind of service one should always expect. Thank you to Kurt and to AC Warehouse for supporting our needs for the past 5 years (since the systems were new.)

Jacob from AC Warehouse came to my house for our annual maintenance on an air conditioning system that we purchased from them about a year ago. He was very professional and polite. I've been very pleased with their install and follow up. I highly recommend AC Warehouse to all in need of their services.
