Greg my tech was wonderful and amazing with dogs. It really helped because had to spend a few hours doing work at my house. The dogs approved of him and the work was completed very well. I'm very happy.

Needed an electrician for same day emergency outage of A/C equipment. Someone was at my door in less than an hour and the problem solved quickly thereafter. Knowledgeable, helpful, reliable and patient. I was walked through the issue, told to keep an eye on a couple of things and felt comfortable the problem was solved. The electrician took the extra time to make sure the issue was fixed and the potential causes were mitigated. Will be my go to electrician going forward.

Used because of great Google reviews. At the start things were great. Chris called promptly to schedule the estimate. Which didn't happen until two days after he said he could do it. Then it took forever to schedule the work--said someone would go Tues, then wed. Then work didn't get complete--the technican admitted to my realtor they never tested the outlets just checked for a ground. He also left dirt from the attic everywhere and used the bathroom without flushing. My home buyers spent $ on a second inspection just for the outlets to fail again. Then the same guy went out, said he would have to trace--spent more time explaining than doing (and he basically did nothing but actually test the outlet). A third trip scheduled. Can't find break, want to charge me 2400 up front (this is with a discount) to come a fourth time to run a wire through the attic, to a J box, down to the outlet? UP FRONT as policy on a change order. What contractor charges up front for work not complete? Felt completely taken advantage of as a woman who was trying to get the done for the sale of my dad's home while out of state--3.5 weeks of time wasted and now won't close on time. Paid them for the work done, and will not continue.

I contacted Suncoast to come and inspect my electrical panel as I thought I had a bad breaker. Lee Parker came and reset everything and explained thoroughly what he believed happened. I was impressed with the professional responses I received from this organization from the CSR Matthew to the electrician, Lee Parker. Will be using them again for new lights in the kitchen.

Both Chris & Jesus were very professional, courteous, and walked us through step by step of the project. They were both informative which is so important with home repairs. Especially when you have mold in your home you need to know that is completely been eliminated and is safe. Great job!
