The service tech, David Lee arrived as scheduled, no waiting for hours, he was ready to work as soon as he arrived.
The system checks, maintenance and work were all accomplished expeditiously.
He answered all my questions concerning the care and maintenance of the entire AC system.
There were no surprises or up-selling, just a very honest service pro doing a great job.
When he left, I then knew if I ever needed maintenance or service, he would be the person to call.
He left me with a precious gift, Peace of Mind.

The technician that came out to diagnose the issue almost broke the inside unit. He started prying on the unit that was sealed. I had to stop him. He then proceed to evaluate the coils. It was cleared. Then he started on the outside unit. Not sure how he short circuit the breakers. I had never had such nonsense. He took a hose to supposedly cool the unit down. He didn’t bother to open the unit to check the compressor. He said there was a leak and couldn’t detect where. Really...The supervisor back up his work. I got a 2nd opinion. There was no leak whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM SHADY ASPEN!!!!!!

STAY AWAY! Do not consider Aspen Air when purchasing a new unit. I am the property manager for a home owner who made the mistake of using ASPEN AIR to install the new air conditioner. A/C was purchased in NOVEMBER 2018. After months of trying to get the inspection completed the home owner went north in May and asked that I follow up on the final inspection. It is now JULY 2019 and they have still not been able to get a cleared inspection on this house. I have called and left message but ERICA (I'm not sure there really IS an Erica) never returns phone calls. They blame all the problems on "people they hired to schedule inspections" that are no longer working there. Perhaps they should have installed the unit properly in the first place. The permit expired so they had to go back to the city to have it re-issued. Don't believe the hype they put in their ads!

Waking up to a critical air conditioning issue was not good news this morning. However, I was fortunate to find Aspen to request a meeting with them today. My good fortune continued as Representatives Forrest and Steve joined me in review of this issue Within hours. Both offered Top Notch service and represented a company that you would hope to find when this situation happens. Thank you gentlemen and thank you Aspen. I really appreciate it.

I am very satisfied with the propt and good service I receive from Aspen. As always, the service I received today, was up to the standard which i have gotten to expect and admire. My AC broke down. Christian C. was sent at a late afternoon hour, diagnosed the problem, and ordered new parts. The next day they were delivered and installed. The AC was up and running in less than a day. This is the kind of service which Aspen delivers. I definitely recommend the company and its technicians.

absolutely DISGUSTED with this company. The salesman lied to my face stating install would take 3-5 days. Field supervisor has not met one deadline. 8 weeks later the job is only 1/2 done with an open permit. I now have a creditor calling wanting payment. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I don't like to mention names but sometimes the problems are not with the company, but employees. Alejandro was supposed to give me a quote for a HVAC system and he never send any response after visiting my home. He doesn’t even bother to send me a text or call me back. If he represents customer service, I’ll give zero stars. Just don't waste people time. Please stay away from these people.

Do not buy a new unit! I installed a brand new unit and after 3 years dont work! I called for service and they never showed up. I called again and they never showed up. They dont even have their own customer service, they use a 3rd party answering company! You cant get in contact with them! Basically they are thieves! Their unit is defective and they dont even have a customer service system! They make it hard for you to book an appt so you will lose the warranty ! I cant believe Costco sells them! I thought Costco partner up with legit business Aspen is not legit!

Service level has diminished over the last few years, only to find out from the Service Technician that Aspen is no longer a family owned business. I have regularly scheduled service every 6 months and the Service Technician (different one each visit) indicates you need a new unit. I still have the same unit and when time comes plan to purchase a new unit it will not be with Aspen as I feel they lack integrity. They all seem to be programmed to sell you a new unit; or UV Light on each visit. Customer Service lacks Service in my opinion

The lady at Home Depot (Diane) was considerate and suitably aggressive without being at all pushy. She explained all my options very well. The technician who came to my home (Lamar) was VERY professional and efficient, and described the status of my existing unit carefully and thoroughly. I really like this company so far.
