This is the worst company in the world. They scheduled me twice for an appointment slot from 12:00 to 5:00pm on Tuesday and Friday. They did not show up either time. Then we rescheduled for Saturday. They promised first appointment of the day. They said 8:00 AM is first 10:00 now and not here. I've called 3 times and now they say they are prioritizing emergencies. DO NOT USE THEM.

Just had an incredible experience with Steve and Forrest who came to my house to give us quotes on a new AC system. They were Extremely honest and kind and took their time to explain everything to us. Very happy to have found a company we can trust and count on. Can’t wait to have them install my new AC !!

I FAILED my inspection because of Aspen Air! They are terribly unorganized and lack customer service. I recently had my entire AC Unit replaced by Aspen and it was altogether a horrible experience. The sales men do not go into great detail, the workers are unprofessional (made a huge mess of my house) and their work is poor. After all this I had to have the unit inspected and failed the inspection due to their incompetence.

If you call before 9am or after 5pm they outsource your call to some third party vendor. This vendor can't update tickets or give you a status. When you do get through to the aspen air office the woman in the office are rude and hurry you off the phone. I believe I spoke with Pam, Lisa and Tracy. I would NoT recommend aspen air. With so many other AC companies in south FL it's not worth using Aspen.

As a Costco Executive member and having bought my 5 ton Lennox AC Unit through their program, I called the local Costco partner for service when my unit failed giving me a service 201 error code. On day one made an appointment and was told a time range when they would respond. They never showed up or called me, and then I called again and was told I did not have no appointment scheduled. I proceeded to do this again for later in the PM. Same thing happened, no show or call. Day two I went through the same issue, no show or call. On the third day I got on phone with Costco agent and called their office to see what happened. Dispatcher was warned by Costco representative to help me. Guess what they still did not show up or call. I ended up calling another Lennox dealer and got service later that day and my unit was fixed. I notified Costco that if this is happening to me, I suspect I may not be the only one. Clearly this reflects on Costco as well since they have vetted this company as being their partner.

I have had their maintenance for years and years and they are wonderful. It's reasonably priced, and they spend a LOT of time doing FULL maintenance. I've had other companies either be here to briefly, miss something, and screw up an AC install. Aspen has hit on all marks with me. They show up promptly and the office staff is great too. SO hard to find someone reliable in South Florida. Found their prices very fair when I priced around. I never even post reviews on Google but for Aspen, I took the time out.

The folks at Aspen have been friendly and thorough. We are pleased with their work and would recommend them. They installed a new AC for us, and most recently upgraded our system with features to prevent mold growth.

I had several issues with their installation and post service. I have been trying to get a manager to call me for months, they refuse to speak to me. My unit is 15 moths old and the air handler continues to leak into the auxiliary pan. Sometimes shutting down. Look for another company ... I wish I did.

SCAM. Had them do an AC Tune up on a unit working fine. (I have it done yearly on several rentals). This unit has a single woman living there. The tech told her the coils were clogged and this was a major problem that needed to be taken care of in order to keep her bill down (a couple hundred dollars to clean the coils). I asked for a picture of the coils and he would not send it. The tenant took a pic of the coils- clean and not clogged- see the attached picture. The tech was not being honest. He also told her that the compressor on this 8 year old unit was not installed properly and needed to be worked on and that his office would notify her. THE TECHS MAKE COMMISSION ON WHAT THE SELL- EVEN DISHONESTLY TO AN UNSUSPECTING FEMALE.

Stay away! I had my new ac installed on May 10th and it is not working correctly. The unit is not cooling to the temperature set in the thermostat, a piece fell off the air handler, and it is making a strange noise. I have made multiple calls to the company and received no response. They are very pleasant when you talk to them but you don’t get a call back. My next step will be to call my credit card company and stop the payment. I would not recommend this company!!!

Aspen had a table in front of Home Depot, so I felt that I could trust them to do a good job. Not happy to have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, then have to set aside a 3 hour window for them to show up between 12-3pm. Then I am called at 3pm and told the technician is running late and should be here by 3:30-4pm. He shows up at 5:00pm! Sorry this is very bad business & poor treatment of the consumer and took up 6 hours of my day!
