We had been having issues with a brand new unit that we purchased from another AC company. Several service calls and no results had us fed up! We called Aspen Air Conditioning to see if they could fix our unit. Chris Z took a look and knew what was causing our issue and fixed it. He is so knowledgeable in his field. I wish we would have known about this company sooner. It would have saved us a lot of headaches.

Had a window appt between 12 nd 5. At 430 ish. Called to see what was going on nd was told there running late. With no courtesy call from them I canceled the appointment..was going to wait any longer...have been a customer of theres for 11 yrs plus... have had trouble with customer service since they changed management.... I requested the manager to call me Monday. Lets see if they do. If no call. I'll be looking for a new ac company

Worst customer service experience EVER... In my opinion this place is worse than garbage itself, because at least garbage can be broken down into something useful.. My Mother, a 65 year old woman, who lives by herself, just had a brand new unit put into her condo in late 2017, they came back out this past April to have the unit fully serviced, and is suppose to be guaranteed for a year.. This afternoon, it starts leaking water EVERYWHERE.. When we call them, they claim the warranty is expired.. No it wasn't.. They wanted to charge my Mother $100 just to look at it.. The service guy took forever to come out, when he finally does, the guy is saying it's gonna cost an additional $300-$400 dollars to unclog a pipe, that I'll bet a pretty penny, that they probably intentionally clogged themselves just make a buck, and take advantage of an older woman. Then when my brother starts asking the service tech questions on how to do it himself, the service tech's response was "You're waiting my time" and he literally just walked out.. If I walked off of my job like that.. I would be fired on the spot.. These people do not care about their product, or their service, all they care about is money.. Scam artists, nothing but scam artists. And from the other reviews I've read on here, I'm not the only one having similar issues.. Nothing was fixed, the guy didn't even attempt to find an issue or resolution. This company will NEVER get another penny from us again!

Aspen were installing a new A/C system for me. The team arrived on time. put down the drop clothes to save my floors. I hardly knew they were there. They were extremely efficient, got the job done much quicker than I expected...All three guys were pleasant and friendly...Answered all questions that we had. I would highly recommend this company.

Bad experience. Asked for routine maintenance, found out that A/c was not cooling. Told me I needed an electrician. Asked him he was going to change filter snd he asked me for the filter. I said everyone else clears the drain . He said we do not do that. I said what do u do -he said check the gages. I called electrician and he said I had a blown fuse and needed electrician. Well that was 2 service calls without results.

Spoke with a customer rep, told her to call my wife as she was handling everything. Wife was told I had to be there. Called again and spoke with someone who was in charge of their responses. I was told that’s not how we do business and she was very apologetic. Told that head of sales Trevor would be calling. Guess what never happened. My advice is to stay away, I am writing to Carrier and Lenox to complain

got their contact from COSTCO. but these guys are total scammers. called them to have a minor fix in the AC and they wanted to sell new AC and not fix the issue. called them another time for another minor fix by bad luck and they kept us hanging for two days. we were without AC due to these scammers. they wanted to change us for their scam estimate of $2000. i have reported them to COSTCO customer service also. i DONOT recommend these scammers.

i had a problem with heating . The nest would not let me change to heat. I called the company and they sent a technition the same day. in walked aKurt a person who has truly restored my trust and integrity in people. not only was he the best tech guy but Kurt is a person who truly cares and has compassion for his customers. I give him 10 stars

Technician called in time and arrived on time. Was not satisfactory about the work, the problem still not resolved. Water is still backing up on the drain line and the A/C is not cooling well. Appreciate if they send another technician who can resolve the issue ASAP. I don’t want to loose my brand new air conditioner.

Called them to get a technician here. "We will have someone there in the next 4 hours" Nobody comes, nobody calls. I called two other times to get SOME idea of when they are coming. Finally the tech calls and the first thing out of his mouth is "Do you have a contract with us" and I said no. His reply "Well...I have 3 or 4 calls ahead of you...can you call back tomorrow?" Wait...you just wasted 4 hour plus waiting for you to show up and that's what you tell a customer? I knew I left this company the first time for a reason. HOW DO YOU PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS?
