Jeremy showed up at the designated time and listened to the problem and had us up and running within a half hour. Feels great after being without air on some of the hottest days of the year.

Jeremy did anexceptional job repairing my ac

Waking up to an AC not working in August is very troubling. I called an AC repair company and never heard back from them. Then I phoned Akins Heating and Air. I explained the situation and they let me know they could have a tech here in the afternoon. I was so pleased to be able to be seen on the same day. When the tech, Jeremy, arrived, he knew exactly what the problem was and had cool air coming out of those vents in less than 30 minutes. Also, the repair didn't break the bank. I had a great experience with Akins and Jeremy.

I am new to this area and googled ac companies near me. I read all reviews and choose Akins. Phoned and professional woman said we will have someone there in the morning. Jeremy came and went straight to work. He then informs me motor is gone but I have 5 year warranty left on my unit. Woohoo 🎉 and he already ordered a new motor. He was a very pleasant young man. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend to others ☺️☺️
