We have used 3 different AC companies since moving to the area 14 years ago, disappointed with each. With Akins first service call, we felt comfortable and trusted the technician. We had a big project with several techs in our home over a few days, they were all polite, tidy, knowledgeable -- we felt perfectly at ease with them in our home. Mr. Faught's communication and follow-up were excellent, we were never left hanging, they completed everything he said they were going to do, using the company's resources for trouble shooting when necessary. We have recommended Akins Heating and AC to our friends and neighbors without reservation.

Micheal and his team just provided us with a complete system replacement and we couldn't be happier. It started with a straightforward proposal that included everything I needed to make a sound decision - other bidders left out important details. They arrived at the date and time scheduled, in the rain, and got it done in less than a day, leaving nothing but a clean install and COOL AIR behind. I also got some great advice on other homeowner issues, which I needed. A great value!

The guys Nick & Eddie did a FANTASTIC JOB in replacing our ductwork underneath our home! They were in and out in no time and were EXTREMELY professional!
