A wire came loose, tech repaired. He didn’t have to suck water out, but he did. Put in 45 pvc so I’ll be able to clean a/c pipe to outside. We have air conditioning Thank you

Purchased a new HVAC system from them in 2016 to replace my 15 year old unit that began to give us numerous problems. This new system had ran great up until August of 2022 when I came home frome a trip to find my A/C was not working. Luckily the part was under warranty but service call cost me $180.00. Thanksgiving day A/C stopped working again I called for service they do not work on this Holiday or even change their answering machine to inform you no one can help you during this time. I left several messages..then called another company we had used in the past with our old unit who were happy to come out on the weekend. This company quickly diagnosed my unit... it was almost out of Freon and that is why it was not working. A poor design in my newer unit caused the leak. Gave me an estimate for repair..made a temporary fix..and recommended we have this company come out to see if they would warranty the work to save us some money as it would be a costly repair. So we did..This company came out..gave me the same diagnosis on my unit and was going to charge me even more than the other company. Needless to say we refused the service and will not ask them to come back again! Thanks Spanns Heating and Air for always taking care of your community!

This company has always been very timely in scheduling and service. Their associates both in office and in the field are very competent and pleasant. They always explain any issues and charges prior to the work. I have used them for 25 years and they have always taken care of our family. I look like forward to them installing my new AC later this year.
