Akins responded the same day even though I called early in the afternoon. Said they were slammed but would have Shawn come after he was done will his scheduled appts. I was surprised when he showed up cause many don't in this area. He was very professional and checked the freon and it was low. Told me we probably had a slow leak and would come back with some leak dye to find out where the leak was. Waiting for shipment and will call when it comes in. Thank you so much for getting us back to a cool house.

The service man Shawn was very responsive and diagnosed our problem quickly. We didn’t use the service because our landlords wanted us to use the original company that installed the unit.

The only suggestion I have is that the operator taking calls needs to ask whether you are renting or own the home. If renting they can not service it because of liability reasons. I’m thankful the serviceman asked because honestly we didn’t know & was just trying to get the ac repaired quickly.

We were miserable in the heat with a broken AC. I called at 8am, and they had Shawn here by 1:15pm on a day they were already booked. They found a way to fit us into their schedule to fix our AC so we could have a wonderful 4th of July. I will definitely use Akins in the future for all of my AC needs!

AC went on Saturday called left a message they came out Monday morning. You can’t ask for more than that. Kept me informed they message of arrival time and when repaired. Thank you very much. Will definitely call if needed again.

We cannot say enough good about this company! When we called for a quote, they came right out. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. We had our quote same day and the system installed in 48 hours. All the staff were great!
