They did a wonderful job. Right after the holiday was very busy but they found the time to come repair my unit. Very polite and courteous. Reasonable price too! I will definitely be using them again

Excellent service!! Jeremy arrived two hours before the expected window. Very quickly figured out the issue (float switch on drain line) and cleared the line. Also replaced filter in air handler. Nice and very professional. Highly recommend!!

My a/c went out on a very hot day and I called Akins. I had to wait 24 hours for them to come out but I understood they were busy. Shawn Jackson arrived at my house ahead of schedule and within 15 mins he had my a/c fixed. Very professional and will be using them again and will refer them to whoever asks for a great a/c company .

Shawn was friendly, professional and efficient as usual. He was at the house earlier than we expected(Thank the good Lord), diagnosed the problem instantly and fixed it within minutes. All at a reasonable price!

Cost to much. They charge some parts but I think it's warranty. Invoice said so. I g don't understand. Old unit come with house 29 years no problem.this units only3 years there's problem.?!

Called in the morning and they scheduled early afternoon of the same day. Arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem & made the repairs immediately! The fee was reasonable. Friendly, efficient, prompt response...ALL qualities that we look for in a company. Highly recommend then for all your AC needs.

Shawn was just the kind of technician that all HVAC technician that everyone would like to get. He was honest which was the one of the most important things to me but he also talked me through each step of what he did without trying to find a problem that wasn't there unlike the folks that American Home Shield sent out.
