Brandon is very professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My unit was installed by another AC company and I had nothing but problems with it. He came over to look at it as a second opinion and won my business. He told me how to move forward to get results on the install problems and followed up a few times to make sure it was being taken care of. He was willing to do the work but my install was warrantied for a year and he said to try and get them to do it first. I appreciate the help and honesty. Highly recommend Brandon.

Brandon did an amazing job. He came by after hours (when no other company would), diagnosed the issue quickly, and got our AC running again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Brandon with Best Air didn't miss a beat. He answered my call after hours first attempt and was on his way to our rescue. He was prompt and on time. Our part needed to be ordered and he had our AC up and going the very next day as promised. He not only answered our call and showed up right away but stayed in contact with us until we were up and running. Brandon took care of us on a Saturday to get our AC running again. He was actually on vacation over 2 hours away with his family and still took care of us without hesitating. After calling numerous companies on a Saturday, Best Air commented on a post I made on Facebook asking me to private message them, they sent Brandon's number and asked me to call.he arrived within the hour and was able to get us up and running in no time!
