I have used this Company for 3 years now. Always Pleasant, show up on time and do a great job. Thanks Jack for making my Living Room cold again.

Called the previous day, they said they would be out the following day but they would call before they came out. I explained over the phone what the problem was and that I had an infant at home and needed it fixed as soon as they could. I explained that I had another ac repairman look at it twice already and what all he had done, but that I really needed it fixed asap and didn't know when he could come and fix it. They called the day they were supposed to come out, the guy was not told what I had explained the previous day and when I told him another ac repairman had come out twice previously he told me he was going to let him fix it and that he wasn't going to come out.

The guys were great ,they explained the problem and had it fixed in no time. Call Spanns for your service needs they will do you right.

Quick response and expertise is up there. This is my first encounter with Spann’s and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service and results. Jack came in the slotted appointment time and went straight to diagnose my AC issue, fixed it. Friendly and engaging, never showed any hint of selling more than needed to complete repair. I've had nothing but good experiences with Spann's. Every time I've called they've been out within a couple of hours, even after the last hurricane. The techs have fixed every problem and caught a few things before they became bigger, more expensive ones. Finally, their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

when my a/c died it was a friday and i just knew i would be miserable the whole weekend- imagine my surprise when they showed up late in the pm and stayed until it was up and running again. this company gives the best service. after speaking with both the office staff and the field crew i think they are not only competent but the nicest people i have ever dealt with....really, if you need HVAC work or a new syatem these guys are the ones to call. you wont ever deal with a nicer group of folks. reasonable prices , too. i never write reviews but for this kind of service i will write whatever is needed for people to understand how good a company this is...i highly recommend Spann's. they are that good....

5 Stars Customer for LIFE!!! My ac went out over the weekend. I called around three places, all three repair shops were booked solid. Maurine went the extra mile to get someone to my home the same day. They came to Chiefland after 5pm to fix our air. Charged $50 less than I paid the last time for same issue (Capacitor) with different company. WORTH THE MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!! -John

They were amazing, came out on short notice and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. They saved me a ton of money. They are definitely my go-to for all ac and heating needs.
