Installation process was thoughtful and well done. In our first week of replacing our old unit with a new Trane, the system has performed better than expected. It really pushes a lot of cold air. The controller is intuitive and simple to use. Highly recommend Tony and Complete Air Solutions.

The 5 stars reviews are TRUE! It is so refreshing to use a local, honest business. Trust the reviews on this company! Fair and honest. Tony, the business owner, is dependable and explains everything. I called at 8 am, when our AC froze up during the hottest month of the year, and he was here by 2 pm. Save yourself some time and searching ... call Complete Air! You won't be disappointed.

I spoke to Tony and he was very helpful. I called at 8:45am, and he had Felix come out. Felix was at my home in less than an hour after I called. Felix explained what he was doing, and was kind and professional. He gave me several options, and never pressured me into any of the options. I wasn't a customer, but because of the fast response, great service and professionalism I received, I am a customer now. Thank you Tony and Felix for your fast response and professionalism.

Aaron was extremely nice and professional. Greatly appreciate him taking time to show me where to problem was, explain the issue, and resolve it. They will always be my go to for any AC service and maintenance.

Called Tony on New Years Eve for estimate on new A/C & Heating system. He was out the next day. Went over options and quotes in three brands. We went with Trane! He was out with his crew the next Wednesday at 8am and finished by 5pm. Watched off and on and his crew of 2 did an excellent job and answered any questions I had. Very happy and would highly recommend over the other major company beating their quote for same system by at least $400.

We had 2 units installed in our offices in the last 18 months and had a recent issue with one of them which is now costing $1000.00. Of course , it is 1 month past the 1 year warranty. I can deal with that but what I cannot tolerate is how I was treated by Tony, the person that answered the phone who thought I was a tele- marketer and hung up on me. He later apologized but I had to quickly get out that I was a customer. I am waiting for a call from the owner , Jackie. I would not do business with these guys again . Very poor customer service and they seem to be only interested in selling you new units. When there is a problem later, they don't back up their work or certainly have the good will to take care of their clients! I have never in my entire life been treated like that by anyone. Be aware if you do business with these charlatans after this review.

I wanted to amend my experience - I have spoken to the owner Jackie on several occasions who apologized for the individual and her company. She did not make excuses but wanted to do everything she could to make things right. All I wanted was an acknowledgment that I was treated poorly and an apology and she did that. She accepted responsibility and wanted to keep our business which I was happy to accept and move on. That is the way a business should handle these kind of issues. Nobody is perfect and when we are not, it's important to not make excuses and be defensive- simply apologize sincerely which Jackie did - Thank you very much!

Tony is owner and service tech of this company. He is very professional and his work is top drawer. Tony installed my outside condensor, turning a former shoody installation from a different installer, to that which is neat and professionally done. You can trust Tony to do the right thing at a fair price. I am totally satisfied.

I was not an existing customer and had a problem with my A/C on a Saturday morning. My regular service provider could not get to me until Tuesday afternoon and I called Complete Air Solutions as they were recommended by a neighbor. They came out that afternoon, resolved the problem quickly,and at a reasonable cost. Needless to say, I am a customer now.
