I called complete air solutions to come out and give me a quote to replace my old ac unit. I was able to make the appointment for that same day. The first thing I noticed was how punctual they were. Tony showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all of the information that I needed to make a decision on the right unit for my home. I made my decision and it just happened to work out that the unit I chose was available the next day and they had an open slot. On the day of the job Aaron and Tony were again punctual and got straight to work. They had the unit up and running by later that afternoon. These guys are true pros and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend complete air solutions to anyone for their ac needs.

He personally visited my home to discuss A/C system options which would best fit my home and budget. No separate sales team which can be pushy. He offers top of the line Trane systems and is extremely knowledgeable and wants to educate the consumer and builds those relationships. His and the companies communication was top notch and very responsive. As well they are very punctual and showed up both appointments right on the dot...no waiting. I am so happy we selected Complete Air Solutions and didn’t go with the company which supplied the air system when I built the house 10 years ago. Complete Air Solutions is a local and small business which I gladly support. They are the right size to meet customer demand very quickly and efficiently! Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Highly recommend Air Solutions. I placed my call at 8 am about my a/c going out the night before and was told a technician would be out between 2-5 that afternoon. Technician Tony Rivera arrived at 12:45 & assessed that the motor was bad. He provided me with my options and associated cost. Since my unit is 15 years old I went with his recommendation and work was completed by 2:45. Very pleased with the service and price.

I have used this surface before, and it feels to me like he is being very honest. He has previously recommended that I not replace my system however at this point it has deteriorated to the point where he thinks it should be replaced and I think that is reasonable

I had a wonderful experience! My AC went out over this Holiday weekend and I called this morning to see if they had availability to come out today. They surprisingly answered the phone and sent a tech out in 25 mins after I called!! The tech figured out what was wrong in less than 10 mins. We needed some touch up work on our ac vents and ducts as we were losing allot of air into the attic. Tony gave a clear & concise explanation of recommended action and a very clear and reasonable quote. He conducted the work with care, detail & professionalism being sure to update me on his progress with photos & further explanation.
