The night before hurricane Ian, our AC went out. Cee Bee had closed for the hurricane and was not going to open until further notice. A technician called us even though they were closed and it was after hours. She helped us determine our drain line was clogged and walked us through every step, which allowed us to successfully unclog it ourselves. Her kindness and patience was above and beyond the call of duty, especially because we were just hours away from being hit by a hurricane. We have used Cee Bee for several years and have always been impressed by their service. This is just one example of the tremendous customer service they consistently provide.
Chris is our service man and we were having a problem with our coils leaking on our unit in the house and he had to replace it. Such a professional and really knows his stuff, We have used Cee Bee air for 20 or more years and are a fantastic company and will continue to use them for all our air and heating services.
Great company to do business with, and found our problem quickly… dealt with another company, and after 3 times they came out and said they fixed it .. they didn’t…unfortunately we paid another 2000.00 for repairs and finally realized they were clueless… this unit was purchased in 2019 and never worked correctly…my advice …Cee Bee air has trained professional service technicians and very reliable service… Chris was our technician, and my husband and I were very impressed with his work, and professionalism… HIGHLY RECOMMEND CEE BEE AIR 😊
UPDATE # 2 - They have called and begun testing the unit....they seem to be working towards finding a remedy....original review I purchased a mini-split system from Cee Bee a couple of years ago and mold starting growing on the walls, inside my closets on the ceiling, bed posts....virtually everywhere. I called for them to check the system multiple times and was told "working fine" "You've got moisture intrusion from somewhere else" I have installed a metal roof, as well as high efficiently storm windows, had the outside of the house stripped, sealed and painted and this mold still continued. My house is only 900 square feet, i have to run 3 portable dehumidifiers and two air purifiers 24/7. NOT ONE DROP of water comes out of the drain from any of the 3 mini splits. Recently, I talked with Mitsubishi, brought in an engineer, and another AC company who told me basically the same thing. They installed a 3.5 ton unit and this house only needs a 2 ton unit, maybe less because of the shade. They never ran a heat load calculation or the person who did it was incompetent. The until is only a few years old and the entire system must be replaced. My electric bill has increased more than 40% since these were installed, my house constantly smells musty, I have to pay people to come by and drain the dehumidifiers when I travel. Why not install a whole house dehumidifier? It won't pull from all the rooms correctly and mold will still grow on the walls, additionally, it will still cause the air units to run well above capacity continuously causing my electricity to be well above what it should be....I should have actually gone down with the installation. I want CB to replace these units promptly or I will use other recourse to rectify this situation. Before I figured this out, they were at my home 1/2 a dozen times to tell me "not our fault, you got more going on here buddy" Eventually, they stopped returning my calls....someone needs to call me and resolve this.
System install today - went amazing. Technicians were efficient and professional. Price was good and the guys did a terrific job. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much.

My mom is an air conditioning hypochondriac so these guys have been to my house more times than my good for nothing dad. They are always nice to her and never "find something wrong" just because she called them. She doesnt have a google account but I felt like these folks deserved some kind words for all the help they've given us. I recommend them anytime I can. - love, the house on essex
I have used CeeBee since 2016. They came highly recommended by my retiring AC guy and it was the best thing he did. He told me exactly what I needed although he was retire and he wasn’t able to do it I called around to CeeBee and two other AC units companies and CeeBee was the only one who quoted what I needed the other two companies quoted above what I need it. They are honest, they have integrity, they may not be the cheapest but they’re the best. Since 2016, they’ve only been Back for maintenance. Also, when they installed my AC back in 2016 my utility bill dropped by almost $100 a month.
