Air conditioning wasn’t working and we called Tony Rivera at Complete Air Solutions for repair. The blower motor in the furnace wasn’t working. Tony located a new blower motor for us quickly & installed it. We’ve enjoyed working with Tony – who provides great service – with his knowledge and great disposition we feel confident with him. Gaining confidence in new people is not easy but it has been with Tony.

My experience going through the whole process of getting a quote for a new ac unit all the way to completion was nothing short of amazing. The communication that verified the time for a quote until the day of service is exactly what what communication should be all about. I am greatly satisfied with every aspect I came across dealing with Complete Air Solutions. There was no pressure to do my business with this company and no pressure in the deciding process of picking which unit to get. Fantastic company all around. Tony came out for the quote and let me say that that man is honest and straight forward. Wasn't pushy at all. The crew that did the install was amazing and polite and clean and respectful. Everyone I have interacted with in the company is amazing. They gained a customer for life in me and I will forever recommend them to everyone. Tony and the crew I thank you sincerely for being great. If you take your business elsewhere I must say you are truly missing out. Only 5 star service should get 5 star reviews.

I was in need of a complete new A/C system for the upper floor of our home, and I decided to call Complete Air for a quote.

Tony came out to provide a quote, and he took plenty of time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I decided to hire them for the job.

Communication before the installation was excellent, and on the day of the job Tony and his team arrived on time. Everyone I interacted with while they worked was polite and friendly. All were very respectful of the property. Cleanup was exceptional.

The new A/C system is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to call Complete Air. They'll definitely be getting my future business.

I have a service contract with Complete Air Solutions and they come to test the AC/heater every few months and change out the filter. Tony is always professional, knows the equipment and services, and is on time--in fact they called me to ask if he could be here two hours earlier than our appointment! A pleasant service call experience that also freed up the rest of my afternoon!

A+ response time and customer service!

Scheduled a consultation online for a few days out, they called within 30 minutes and said they had an opening that day. Aaron was thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand. Ended up needing a completely new system, and Aaron explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to force a sale on me, but explained the benefits of going with their products and services. He even offered suggestions on other companies who could provide services that they couldn’t (like duct cleaning in the summertime).

I took a few days to decide and ended up going with one of their packages. Even over a holiday weekend, they were able to get everything installed within a few days of submitting my request. Thankfully, the size of AC I needed was readily available and they had an open spot the next day to set up an installation appointment (so depending on your specific equipment needs and availability, it may not be as quick, but it isn’t the fault of the company by any means).

There were a few hiccups along the way, but Tony explained the whole process and already had solutions to anything that popped up. The whole system was quite outdated, so bumps along the way were not unexpected, but I was very surprised and thankful at how they were willing able to accommodate to get my ac running again.

The cherry on top was how they cleaned up every little bit of mess, even going so far as to sweep the driveway clean! I also loved the text updates for appointments being scheduled and their techs being en route.

Overall, 10/10. Extremely professional, informative, quick to respond, and their customer service and quality of work was exceptional.

Aaron was very professional and courteous. Fixed my Air Con within 3 hours of my phone call. Excellent service. So pleased I have signed up to their maintenance plan. Highly recommend.
