Met Tony for the first time today. My AC kept short cycling. This was the second time I used Complete Air Solutions. Tony was professional and informative. He can when he said he would, made suggestions and was not pushy when I chose to decline those suggested services. The visit went well. He diagnosed the issue, system was short cycling due to a clogged drain. He fixed the issue and did it quickly. Complete Air Solutions is definitely my go-to for A/C service.

The tech (Aaron) was super knowledgeable
And was very efficient. This company is also reasonable on rates with all charges explained clearly. I was impressed enough to sign on to their yearly maintenance plan.

Tony and his team were professional from the get go. The initial presentation gave us a good overview of what was available. We made our choice and installation was quick and clean. I would highly recommend Tony and his crew if you are in the Central Florida area.

Great company! They go above and beyond for their clients. Tony took time to educate me on A/C system which enabled me to make an educated decision as to which unit was suitable for our home. Not only that, but he trimmed the hedges of our bushes to ensure it would not interfere with the newly installed unit. The best part of it all is the price is affordable and there are no added fees what your told is what you pay. Before calling Complete Air Solutions And has contacted several other companies who wanted double the price of what the A/C unit is worth. You won’t regret choosing this company!

Tony seemed irritated by all my questions. I also opted not to have a service completed because it was something I diagnosed and could fix prior to the inspection. Would love to give them another attempt but I felt awkward and slightly judged during the service. Would like to see more interest in answering my questions; the visit was $65 for an easy job at least be concerned with my questions. Three stars for speed to getting to my home and competitive price compared to other companies.

Aaron Khana is very professional and quick with his job. He helped us with our AC unit today (12/9/2020 @ 1PM- 3PM). He was able to figure out the problem quickly and gave us options on what to do with it. I like the service and the technician, however, I thought I would get some discount from the company since we use their service every time we have a problem.

Tony came out to my home to service our A.C. He communicated well with me before coming out. He also did a great job, and fixed the A.C. unit. He showed me what I need to do to maintain a healthy A.C. unit for years to come. I would highly recommend Complete Air Solutions!

Excellent service, their pricing is great. Tony was reliable and is great with his customer service experience. He even came back and replace a fuse that was out due to a lighting storm a week after the new ac was replace. I would definitely recommend Tony for anyone that needs his service.

I used Complete Air Solutions for HVAC yearly maintenance. Service repair person broke the power cut off of my outside unit, destroyed the insulation on my inside unit, and stated he would not replace it but wrote me an estimate to have it replaced. LOL A few days later, my AC was still turning off and I called back to have them look at it. The manager wanted to charge me a service call. I think this company is a big scam. They do not care about the customer. Do not use them and the repair men are not experts in this field.

Update: I called Nick's Air-conditioning. The tech came out and fixed my outside power cut off free of charge, serviced the air-condition unit and said the previous Tech did not blow out the water discharge line. My A/C is working perfectly now. Note: I just recently painted my residence. I noticed that the Tech from Complete Air Solutions wrote in permanent marker on the outside of my power cut off. Not happy with that.
