So glad we found Tony and his crew at Complete Air Solutions to install our new heat pump system. From the quoting process, to the installation, to the post installation follow-up Tony has shown complete professionalism. We loved his presentation and wealth of information he provided when quoting us various options and there was absolutely no sales pressure. The install was done clean and professional by his crew with his experienced supervision. We took the time to get five quotes from different companies. Tony was the only one that gave us an immediate quote at the house and took the time to answer all our questions. His pricing was in line with the best prices we were given and over $1000 less than 2 of the highest quotes for the same exact systems. We strongly recommend Tony and Complete Air Solutions. Honest, trustworthy, experienced at a fair price.

Incredible trust worthy company! From the estimate to the install, every thing was perfect. Didn't try to over sell us. Other company's tried to get us to get crazy equipment that wouldn't have made a big difference. Tony kept it in our budget and made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!!

Their staff was responsive, friendly and professional. Our technician, Tony Rivera, was outstanding! He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue...and he even pointed out a potential issue with our water heater!

Wow. Was really impressed with these guys. Tony was very professional. I told him exactly what we needed and he was like, sure. He topped off the refrigerant, showed me exactly how much we needed, and their pricing was better than a lot of places I called. I will call them back if and when I need them again!! Very impressed. Tony has been servicing our A/C for a few years, even though it was very old, he was never pushy about recommending a replacement, eventually we discussed options and moved ahead to replace the inside and outside units with Trane. Of course the equipment is good and my bill was cut in half, but the real benefit was working with Tony and his crew; Tony made time to answer lots of questions, weigh options, and was careful to explain everything and follow up afterwards to check everything was good. During install his crew was very polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. Since then I recommended Tony to my mother and he did a great job there too, her unit is very old, I expect we'll turn first to Tony for a replacement when the time comes.

The service provided by this company is outstanding. They explained everything in such a way that you feel comfortable deciding what you need. They explained the installation and answer any questions. Installation was excellent and done in a very professional manner. As a matter of fact they loaned us a space AC unit whole we waited for the unit to be installed. They made a follow up to ensure everything was working perfectly. They will go out of their way if need to. I know this because I definitely got more than what I pay for. I will definitely reccomend them to anyone!

Honest and trustworthy!! We have used Complete Air Solutions several times. Each time they have been prompt and completely transparent with what to expect the repairs to cost and each time they’ve come in on the low end of the estimate. We very easily could have been taken advantage of but not by this company! I’ve heard a lot of horror stories but never have experienced any with them! A++

Complete Air Solutions sent a representative out to our home to repair our Air Condition unit. We were highly pleased with the level of professionalism, attention to detail and overall diligence in servicing our unit. Another companies wanted to charge an arm and leg, however complete air solution was very reasonable with their price.

Had a good experience with CAS. I was kept informed through the entire process, with text updates on technician arrival times, etc. Had a condenser coil that went bad, was $2600 to repair, even thought the unit was only 7 years old. Tony explained that the previous installer actually installed a 5 ton unit which was too large, and led to the premature coil failure. He further explained that for my size house, max tonnage is 4 tons...he was very thorough in explaining the problem. In the end I decided to go with a new unit as the higher SEER rating compensated for the additional cost of a new unit over repair. Work was done well and the prices fair, I think. Would highly recommend this company.

I needed some maintenance on my older air conditioning unit and a friend recommended Complete Air Solutions. Aaron was very helpful and explained everything for me to understand. Will definitely use this company again!
